My husband and I moved into a one bedroom in 2021. The application process was really quick and easy. Bill has always been a huge help and great to work with. We have gotten to the point where we could really use a two bedroom, but love the community to much to leave so are moving into a two bedroom here at Montage. Community is friendly and quiet, there will be moments where you hear your neighbors but nothing that is cumbersome. Property is always clean and maintenance responds very quickly and efficiently. Very pet friendly. Highly recommend to all of our friends who are looking for an apartment. Have absolutely no complaints.

Forget getting your security deposit back. They charge you for bogus stuff. I do not recommend this place.

Valet trash doesnt always come during the hours stated. Pool is closed more often than I can count. Good staff for the most part. If you make payment arrangements, you still will be taken to court. Theres some bugs around here instead of truely inside city limits. The dog park is decent size, just floods. Literally a place to live. Nothing special that's why it's a 3 star rating.

I moved in and the check list was not followed properly. This was evident because I couldnt get hot water in the shower, light bulb fixtures were missing, blind parts were on the floor, etc. To make matters worse, there is a electrical short in the kitchen which means the outlets don't always work properly. The grills never work. Recently, they replaced them after several complaints. There is dog poo throughout the complex which leads me to believe that no one is walking the grounds. In addition, chalk drawings can be found in the courtyard. There is a flat $40 fee for water that everyone pays which is ridiculous. I live by myself so my utility charge shouldnt be that expensive. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Well let's say say this I don't write bad reviews unless I felt like I was taking advantage of. Don't move into this apartment complex. If you want to be disrespected, not cared for when issue came up, and or get your money stolen from you... then go head and move here. In all the three years I have lived here, I have seen the manager once and she was just walking by. So let's start with how me and one of my neighbors was helping this orderly gentleman on a day and day out base because he was falling in the walkways, was running out of breathe where he would call for help, and not able to bath or feed himself (I know because I had to help him with both). When we went to the office and complained about having call his emergency contact, they said they were able to do that. WHAT! So we are just going to let this man suffer. Second. The manager hiring skills... SUCK! One to the employee lives right next to me and they are walking around the complex smoking a blunt. I think that's illegal! And a gentleman in the office always had an attitude like he didn't want to be there and sometimes didn't know what he was doing. When I would walk into the office. There is always one person in the office. Why? Any time I planned to go, I would make sure I didn't need to be somewhere else right after because I knew I was going to be waiting. And last they stole money from me! They accused me of owning a dog and it had made markings in the store. Not possible... because I believe in animal cruelty. Meaning I bust my butt at work. I was at work from 5 sometime 4 in the morning to 11 at night or on a good day 10pm. Why the heck would I leave an animal in my place (that I only called a place to sleep) for more then 5 hours in a day. And on top of that animals are like child they need attention and loving. I don't even have time to feed myself so owning a pet is out of the box. Montage you can keep my money because I have said what I needed to say. Once again any that is looking DONT move here.

Ill make this short and sweet. HUGE mosquito problem in the summer/ early spring. The walls are very thin here, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and vice versa. You can also very clearly hear the people in second and 3rd story apartments walking around. Their steps often vibrate the ceiling and will cause lights/fans to glitch. Its common to hear people fighting, or see police officers around these apartments. Not a good sign. The office staff are extremely disorganized and are continuously being replaced so no one ever know whats going on or can give correct information. Try calling the office during office hours, I can guarantee they wont answer. Even if you called 40 times in a row. Its very frustrating as they are the ones who handle your money and home. Id suggest checking out Parcland Crossing or Vive. Both around the same price point and in the area.

I did like that they charge $50 for water, trash and sewage and still tack on $25 for valet trash. You technically pay twice for trash. The neighbors that have been moving in around building 4 are very loud. Their gym is out dated and they only have one small pool.
Moved out on May 31st (only live 10 minutes away) and STILL waiting for my deposit to be returned. They are charging me $50 for small blinds that can be purchased at Walmart for $8.99 (YES, I checked!) I have contacted them by phone twice and by email and NO response yet! I am living in a senior community now and am unemployed with health issues so I need the refund ASAP!
I love my apartment! I dont want to move, the location is perfect, the property is well kept up, and the office staff knows you by name. It is the best place I have ever lived! They are currently upgrading the apartments and I cant wait until they get to mine. I love living here!
This is the perfect apartment. I moved to Arizona 3 months ago from Missouri. I didn't know a soul here. This convenient location put me close to all the major highways and the malls. I have a teenage daughter and the Highscool is incredible. The amenities are great too....24 hour pool and fitness center. A buisiness center with windows 10 and the best browsers and a club house you can entertain friends in. Plus if you are busy like me....concierge trash pick up.....The grounds keepers are great...they keep the place looking clean as a whistle....If you know Arizona its hot...I like the fact I have a personal garage to park in to prot8ect my paint job....If you have any pets....there is a great dog park for you and your pup.....
The entire complex seems to be super quiet. Our corner is silent pretty much all the time. No big parties no parking lot drama everything is always in order its very nice. The location is awesome next to good restaurants with a nightlife. A mile or so from Chandler Fashion and that entire area.
