Montage Southside

50 character limits me but management is bad, too many garage issues, elevator is broken often, cobwebs everywhere, smells like trash in the halls. It’s just not what it seems in pictures and website I PROMISE!

Apartments are nice and location is great but overall experience since Montage took over has been very average.

I love living here! The location is amazing because you are so close to a very trendy area with lots of shops and great restaurants. The apartment complex is great because of the high quality fixtures and details. Something as small as the hallways being carpeted vs concrete makes a huge difference in how nice the building feels.

Be prepared for unexpected fees! With your lease agreement, the management can arbitrarily increase your service fees for trash disposal without notifying you and you can be evicted if you do not pay them. All other apartment complexes in the Southside neighborhood charge a maximum of $25 for valet trash. Period. Here expect to pay $60 monthly for trash services.

This is a well managed clean apartment complex. The office staff are really nice and efficient. I've lived hear for almost a year. I don't regret my decision.

I got very lucky when I found the Broadstone Southside. It is in a thriving part of Fort Worth and close to everything--great restaurants/bars, downtown, freeway access, TCU, shopping, etc. It is a really nice place and well maintained. The staff are really great people and fellow-tenants are friendly and respectful. There is great energy in this part of town and I recommend it to anyone wanting to live in a--just right--apartment complex.

Nice apartment. Pretty quite throughout the day which is nice. Guest parking is pretty limited to the streets nearby. The pool is very nice and everything is very clean.

It's an excellent place to live. The staff are incredible. The amenities are very comforting. The monthly social events are fun to hang with other cool residents.

Broadstone Southside is a great complex with awesome management. Emily gave me a great tour and answered all my questions. The application and signing the lease was easy. My apartment has an amazing floor plan with high quality amenities. Its a great place to call home.

Once I found Broadstone Southside, I didnt need to look further, I knew from the moment I walked through the doors this was the place for me. Ive had some bad experiences living in apartments before but have found none of those here. I was a little worried about hearing my neighbors because I have lived in complexes that were poorly built and you could literally hear conversation or tvs playing from the apartment next to me and above me. I am happy to report that the insulation here is amazing because you can barely hear anything! Every detail is well thought out from the design to the layout to the amenities. The staff is so incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to address a concern or answer a question. I love the location and really could not be happier! Thank you so much for this incredible complex. Im looking forward to my year here.

The leasing team was extremely friendly and very accommodating. They listened to my needs and showed me the perfect apartment home. The entire process was seamless and easy. They made a stressful move to being very smooth and effortless. Thank you!
