It's one of the more spacious apartments in assembly sq, but it's a bit of a let down the pool and deck is only open for like 4 months. The roofdeck also closes very early so it does not feel like the amenities are worth it sometimes.

7 months since we moved it and we love it here. Especially was impressed with the packages situation in the package room during the holiday season rush, they did a fantastic job sorting the packages despite the huge number.

Great neighborhood with excellent amenities and well-built units. The layout and design are impressive, offering comfort and convenience. However, the noise reduction in outer units could use some improvement for a quieter living experience. Overall, a solid choice.

Pro: Love my apt, building, location, garage, rooftop Con: Key fobs inconsistent in elevator. 4th floor garage door very tough to get into the building. every time I need help, both seems to be well known facts. People willing to share their wide range of tricks to get things to work.

The Montaje is a great building to live in which holds a friendly community, pleasant amenities, marvelous views, that’s within the up and coming and vibrant Assembly Row neighborhood in Somerville which is only minutes away from Boston. I highly recommend it!

The location is absolutely amazing, however there is room for improvement: communication between greystar and the residents, facilities (doors), and community planning (other buildings offer more resident events).

For the most part, Montaje has been great, however, I feel like front desk staff could be friendlier and we have had issues with finding packages. The rent increase resulted in us needed to move and it is not worth the current price but was great to us for the first year.

It’s a very nice place to visit and to live. It has all the amenities you’ll need along with a beautiful top floor balcony with a fire pit, a grill, tables and couches, shrubbery, that over sees many surrounding cities complimented by beautiful sunsets and sunrises. I highly recommend the Montaje at Assembly Row in the city of Somerville.

It is a wonderful community. Everything is close by. The amenities are good and the neighbors are friendly. It is usually pretty quiet and well protected from the noise from outside or up-floor.

Just moved in recently and have had a wonderful experience so far! All of the staff from the leasing office to the concierge desk are super friendly and helpful, the apartment itself is modern and spacious, and the amenities are plentiful and well-maintained.

I previously lived in montage. It was a great experience. A wonderful, quiet place, with helpful management. Now that I return to the state, I only want to live in Montage, so I reserved my apartment to live in. Thank you everyone.

The Montaje staff is quite helpful. I also appreciate the good security and the awesome location. Especially love the amenities like 24/7 gym and swimming pool!

Great luxury building. Amenities are great, community is active. Apartments have high ceiling and full size washer dryer. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to live in Cambridge or Somerville.
