Pro: Love my apt, building, location, garage, rooftop Con: Key fobs inconsistent in elevator. 4th floor garage door very tough to get into the building. every time I need help, both seems to be well known facts. People willing to share their wide range of tricks to get things to work.

The Montaje is a great building to live in which holds a friendly community, pleasant amenities, marvelous views, that’s within the up and coming and vibrant Assembly Row neighborhood in Somerville which is only minutes away from Boston. I highly recommend it!

The location is absolutely amazing, however there is room for improvement: communication between greystar and the residents, facilities (doors), and community planning (other buildings offer more resident events).

For the most part, Montaje has been great, however, I feel like front desk staff could be friendlier and we have had issues with finding packages. The rent increase resulted in us needed to move and it is not worth the current price but was great to us for the first year.

It’s a very nice place to visit and to live. It has all the amenities you’ll need along with a beautiful top floor balcony with a fire pit, a grill, tables and couches, shrubbery, that over sees many surrounding cities complimented by beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Great luxury building. Amenities are great, community is active. Apartments have high ceiling and full size washer dryer. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to live in Cambridge or Somerville.

Great place at great price compared to other apartments at assembly row. The rooftop and sq ft/$ made me decide on this place

Location and convenience living at Montaje is the best. All the staff are very responsive and friendly. Staff are very responsive and always helpful!

Montaje has wonderful location with great convenience in both driving and public transportation. The staff and residents here are friendly. Most importantly, for all the services a luxury apartment provides the rent rate is very affordable. So overall, I think it is a good choice to choose to live here.

The staff at Montaje is so I credit friendly and helpful! I love living at Montaje! The units themselves are beautiful, the walls are thick, it is super pet friendly, and the amenities are awesome! And LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!

Assembly is a great neighborhood and Montaje is the best thing here! Close to great shops, restaurants, and experiences. High quality building construction in the tower section, great amenities too.
