apartment is bad

I really would love to win free rent for a year my current apartment is in very bad condition the owners refuse to fix the apartment .The apartment has been like this for 6 months and I would love to move to an New apartment if I win .My life would improve dramatically.

awful apartment

I would love to win rent free my current apartment is in very bad shape ,mold on the walls no heat in the winter, Windows are falling out, no security bars for windows I live on ground level. Sinks are clogged up the owners refuse to fix. Has been like this for a very long time . I am disable and it is very hard to live in this condition .
