Great place to call home. Pretty quiet considering the area.
Hey future residents, my name is Juan and I just want to let you guys know my personal experience here with the Monte Azul apts. After struggling with different choices and losing hope in my search for a home, I stopped at Monte Azul and my search ended there. After a a day or two I found myself with a confirmation and secured home. They making dreams come true and working magic friends. No matter where we decide to lay our heads, all of us need to keep our eyes on the prize. Monte Azul has given me the opportunity to earn some credit and discipline myself. All I needed was a yes. And they gave it to me. Come on join us.. we got a gym coming too… best wishes. Juan
Full of roaches, dog poop from bad owners all over the grass and management are literally npc’s. They could care less about you, they don’t care about anyone here.
I have lived here for 4 years and was never late on my rent. I received a 60 day notice I am evicted due to them remodeling. The day I have to leave by is New Years Eve day. One week after Christmas. My children and I can’t even enjoy the holidays this year because of them. Super sad

I lived here with my 2 kids and my mom, Management can be difficult to deal with here, lots of attitude and negativity. They also don’t answer their phones in the morning very often. It takes until around 10am to get through to anyone. Maintenance is very nice I love the guys they have working here, but there are too many apartments here with too many issues for them to be able to keep up on their own. My apartment had so many issues by the time one is fixed I have 5 more. We also had kids throwing things at our windows here. I felt l uncomfortable addressing so many issues, managers made us feel like we were a burden on them.

The management and staff here are GREAT! However, there are LOTS of children in this complex. Multiple pools help with the desert summers. Close to hospital, park, shopping, restaurants and bus line. Plenty of green areas to walk pets

It looks like its a really good place and they also paint you a really good picture . but at the end and with time everything comes out to light , From poor help at the desc , asking for something to be fixed at your unit , to ask for some security at total place , no control at who goes into the pool , like having even homeless people to take a shower where you want to take your family to have fun. I try to make to make it work , but its to much ,!!!!! now that my oldest finish middle school , i will move to a better place even if it cost me a little more.. even though i seen better places for the same price..

In order for us to be more efficient in getting work orders completed, please contact the office and we can send over our maintenance technician to repair all work orders that are needed in your apartment. We are unable to fix or repair any work order request if we don’t have any knowledge of them. Thank you for sharing this feedback with us and allowing us to better serve you.
I signed a year lease with this complex and have not had too many problems! People steal your assigned parking every once in a while, but if you call security, the car will be removed. The apartments are not renovated. My particular apartment has a lot of useless switches but when i look up at the ceiling it looks like someone tore out the wiring from a light in the ceiling and plastered over it. This complex as I've been told has been through many owners and now the newest owners have slowly started to take hold and clean up the complex. When I first moved in, there was a HUGE cat problem. I had three cats living on my patio one of which had babies under my place and attacked me whenever I would enter or exit my home. I would hear the babies underneath me every night for the first month. Now, there are very few cat sightings in my area.
