the worst. manager doesn’t care about anything and will argue with you on the phone if she feels like you are wrong. no better than the previous management

Great Place to Live
The staff here are very friendly and willing to help with any problems. If anything needs fixing they let their maintenance people know and it gets fixed as soon as possible. They keep the grounds well maintained also. The dog park is available for those who have dogs. It is very quiet here.

Very happy with our apartment at the Monte Carlo Apartments complex. Management and staff are very friendly and professional. All maintenance issues have been fixed quickly and efficiently.

I appreciate the management for always being able to fix things that are not working in a friendly and professional manner. The maintenance people keep everything looking nice. I would recommend the apartments to anyone. Diane Smith
