Fridge temperature not consistent and messes food up Either food goes bad or some items get frozen depending on the setting. I think a device should be left in the fridge to monitor its performance across a few days. It may that this fridge is on its last legs. The mantenance team is excellent so my review is more about the old fridge and not about the team.

Bathroom sink repair I made a work order, or I told him three things I needed to be fixed in my sink. But they only fix one thing. So I have to go back and either put another work order in or tell them to finish the first one. Happens all the time!

Maintenance I had requested a non emergency repair for the kitchen faucet. Timing was not a concern for me so pleasantly surprised when knock on door came as thought it was forgotten. Water Leak from above apartment Maintenance responded quickly. Repaired leak. Brought in buckets to catch any remaining water and a dehumidifier to dry out ceiling and wall. While that process took awhile, (to dry out/not from lack of attention by maintenance), once dry, my ceiling and wall were replastered and painted. Great job by Bill. Thanks!

Spacious and Beautiful We enjoyed living at the Links at Westridge apartment complex. The property is beautifully landscaped, maintenance service was quick and friendly and the layout of our 2 bedroom 2 bath was open and smartly designed. We loved the beautiful pool area and jacuzzi,, but the highlight is the gorgeous rose garden path that follows along the Westridge golf course. The views are spectacular. We highly recommend living here.

Great Place My wife and I generally enjoyed our stay at San Marquis. We were there for only one year, but enjoyed all of the amenities, and how relatively new the buildings were with very solid construction (meaning good sound proofing to apartments on the side and above/below). We did have move-in issues in the beginning, details not important. However, whenever there ARE issues, maintenance was always very quick to rectify any situation that we had. However, when we decided to move there, at the time our only true option was a third floor apartment. My wife and I are well into our 40s, and going up them three flights was a bit much, especially during the summer, and most especially moving in/out. After our year lease, we elected to move elsewhere at a lower-floor apartment, and a bit cheaper. This place is pricey, but you get pricey benefits. We could afford the place, but in this current economy, we decided that saving some money was more important. We'll miss those benefits, but we won't miss going up and down three flights of stairs. If it weren't for those two things, we'd have likely stayed for a few years. Office staff and maintenance were always exceptional, friendly, and eager to answer all questions.

Timely Service! Within 2 days of my request the office scheduled someone to come out and fix a sliding door that’s been bothering everyone in my apartment for a little bit.
