Property Ratings at Montecillo Living
I lived at Santi for 6 years, and it went from one of the best properties in EP to one of the worst. When the original property manager left, any semblance of high standards left with her. My AC went out multiple times, and I was constantly worried it would go out altogether and not be replaced in a timely manner as many others had issues with this. The security gates are constantly left unlocked, so any thought that this is actually a secure community, is a myth. When they decided to repaint the balconies at my building last year, I was unable to use my balcony for months and as of my move out a few months ago, I don't believe they ever actually repainted all of the balconies. Luckily I've relocated out of El Paso, so I won't have to deal with this management company ever again, but if you're looking for a "luxury" apartment in El Paso, stay away from Integrity. There are way better properties.
My first weekend when I moved in, the AC in my apartment didn’t work and they had to order new parts that took 2 weeks. So they obviously do not check apartments before they rent them to you and you move in. A few months later, my circuit breaker tripped if I used my microwave. They replaced the microwave and the circuit breaker still tripped. The electricians just shrugged and never fixed it. The security gates never work properly, so good luck having anything delivered. Also, the residents either have to prop all the security gates open with rocks, or just be locked out of their own apartment when the system malfunctions for any reason! For the amount of money you pay in rent, you do not get a very good product or customer service. The leasing office will not call you back no matter how many messages you leave or emails you send. I am moving out as soon as I possibly can, because they will not let you break your lease without ridiculous penalties. Once you sign that contract, they got you for a year! Don’t make the same mistake I did. There are nicer apartments for half the price in El Paso.
Just moved into the Santi a few months ago, and I was VERY excited to be here. However, I now have to say that the staff in the office have made my time here very challenging and frustrating. I have had to request a service order now three times. Scheduling this with them has been an up hill battle each time. So much so, that now I dread having to call on them again. I have a broken door handle on my bedroom. Not a big deal, but part of me wants to just live with it rather than request another service order and deal with the hassle of the uncooperative staff in the leasing office. Each one of them behaves like they are doing me a favor by even talking to me. If this doesn't improve, I can't see myself renewing. I'm already regretting my move here.
I have been living here nine months and will not be renewing my lease. The girls in the office have perfected the art of being rude and dismissive with a smile on their face. I ask for maintenance and I'm politely scolded for having the audacity in asking for a specific day of the week. This place is not cheap. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The location is great and seems to have a lot of great things coming. But the people in the office smile at you while they blow you off when you bring a concern to them. The staff manager will hide in her office out of site while she listens to her clerks make excuses and do nothing to help. Leaving as soon as my lease is up.
This community is truly a gem nestled in the desert with a fantastic Mountain View! Staff is always friendly and professional which is a huge plus in my books, you just don’t find that anymore. Everything you need is within walking distance if not a short car ride! Super Convenient area as well as easy access to the highway!
Awful rude staff. Thin walls. Maintenance guys are so unprofessional in a way that they talk about you/mock/laugh at you behind your back. I lived here for 2 yrs and couldn't believe how it turned out. Its all fake. Theyre nice at first but theyll make you feel terrible after awhile
I Just moved out after 3 years due to relocation. Lived in many apartments (both east coast and west coast). This BY FAR surpassed my expectation. Maintenance was on point they would get the job done ASAP, managment staff is professional, helpful, and very friendly. They made the SANTI Experience the best one. As a plus, everything is nearby, from grocery stores, dinning places, boutiques everything! I´m going to miss SANTI!
By far it’s the most luxurious and clean place I have seen. Coming from out of town Santi makes me feel at home. Management is professional and extremely helpful. They have the best customer service upfront as well! I would recommend to any one!
This property treats you like a prisoner more then a resident. The property Manager Angelica is very rude as well. This Property is nice to you when your about to move in, but once your a resident it’s like they treat you like trash. Maintenance is nice and so is House Keeping. The 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are to small and cost to much. They take up most of the parking lot with car ports. Residents that pay for the car ports still park in a non car port spot. I have a cat and the fees are way to much. They lie to you about a lot I would avoid this property if I was you. Take it from someone that lives here now. I can’t wait into my lease expire.
Horrible place to live. Very rude staff. They lie to you about membership at top golf they are very un accommodating. I hated this place. They treat you like a prisoner more than a guest. I have never felt so uncomfortable. They require you wear bands on your wrist to go to pool. Everything is excessive
I started a lease at these apartments because from their advertising, they're the most luxurious apartments in El Paso. Unfortunately, these apartments don't quite meet the bar for what they are advertising. I have lived in both the two bedroom apartments and both are very spacious, and have decent amenities (granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, laminate floors). Cabinets are pretty shoddy and cheap, construction grade. The maintenance issues are quickly addressed and resolved, which is one of the apartments' strong points. The pools, gym, and club house are great. However, these apartments are by far not worth what you are paying for them. As much as they say they are, these apartments are the farthest thing from "luxurious". Dog poop is EVERYWHERE, as a lot of owners here don't take responsibility for their pets and management does nothing to enforce this rule. The parking at these apartments leave a lot to be desired as well. The street parking in front of the parking is extremely congested, forcing tenants to frequently park on the side streets meant for guests. This is because the apartments decided to make half of the parking lot covered parking, which are $25/month. Their security officer never responds to texts, and people without proper identification park in handicap spots on an almost daily basis. The call boxes to let guests in have not worked for builidings six and seven since I moved in almost ten months ago. Response from management has always been "we're working on it, should be fixed soon". These apartments had the potential to be nice, but I'm afraid they care more about their outer appearance than their tenants.
Between not having enough parking spaces, to high prices for poor quality building materials, to entering my apt without notifying me (which is breaking the lease) and then calling me a liar, I have had horrible service at this complex. The other renters are generally nice, except the cohort of young men who inhabit and trash the pool on weekends. Live here if you don't mind high price, poor building quality, and a rude complex manager.
The pool area is always very clean and kept up with. I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits there. The dog grooming salon is also a wonderful addition to the complex and has been very helpful in keeping my apartment clean. Despite the fact that its where people go to groom their dirty dogs, it is always spotless in there as well. I appreciate the patio furniture that was recently installed in the lobby of building 4. Guests have been commenting on how much more inviting it looks now. The staff responds quickly to all requests, including suggestions. My neighbors and I are excited for the new car ports that are being installed in the parking lot of building 4. It will make a great addition to our community. Thank you for doing such a great job in truly making this complex feel like home!

My experience has been wonderful at Santi! I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. They have always been quick to respond and help me out. When I needed a light bulb fixed I thought it would take a few days to get it done, I got home from work that day and it had already been taken care of. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
