Staff very friendly and move in was very easy and grounds are kept clean

I have been very pleased and happy here. Everything went smoothly and there were some delays on my end and they were very patient.

Nice place to live, though it’s hard if rent keeps going up. Everything is kept well that I can see, except for trash!! People just don’t do well with that one.

I love living in this community! I have lived here for five years and have noted the pleasant, safe surroundings, quiet atmosphere, helpful staff, great maintenance, and great neighbors. PS: My apartment is so soundproof, I can’t even hear if it’s raining, and I rarely hear a sound from my neighbors.

Relocated August of 2022 due to my job. I know no one nor do I know the city. My apartment locator was a disappointment and I had to find appt in a short time on my own. I stumbled across this one and jumped on it bc of location, school district, first floor availability, and they had a great move in special. It has been a good experience ever since. The area is growing and convenient to so much. I’m pretty sure I’m going to renew my lease unless rent goes up to high.

I have lived here since 2019. This complex is very pleasant, with nice landscaping and beautiful trees. It is quiet and safe, and the neighbors are very friendly…on many occasions, neighbors offer to help if they see me carrying heavy groceries. Moreover, the front office staff members are friendly, kind, and helpful. Maintenance members are prompt, friendly, and able to solve any problems that arise.

The staff is extremely professional and very attentive to the apartment needs, I can tell they they truly care about taking care of the residents need here on the complex. I’ve lived at at several complex and thinks by far the best

The Apartments complex rents parking spaces, and have a god portion dedicated to it, that fore, most of those spaces are empty and no one can park on them unless you rent them. The rest of the park6spaces are very limited and you may not find a space when get home. Tow truck comes thru every day to take vehicles away on your own expenses. Be aware.

Maintenance and management here sucks. I've been having rodent issues for the past two months and I've put in pest control requests only to be marked as completed but nothing has been done.

Montecito has the nicest staff I have ever experienced. Lizzy was extremely helpful with the whole leasing and move in process. I've been here a few weeks and I love it so much. My apartment itself is lovely and spacious, the amenities are incredible. The maintenance crew in particular Ernie has gone above and beyond to fulfill all of my request. I really enjoy living here and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot near UTSA.

Maintenance is on point. This company actually takes the time to go over the residents concerns and works on them effectively and efficiently. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of these apartments. 5 star! This is the longest I’ve ever lived at an apartment.

I am very pleased with these apartments. Maintenance is excellent, it’s peaceful and quiet, management is not intolerable, and they take my feedback seriously. I’ve been here almost 3 years and I can say I’ve never been happier at another apartment complex. They are redoing the pool and so far it looks great! I can’t wait to see what it looks like

Love love love living here. So nice and quiet hidden away amongst the trees. Hospital and restaurants in walking distance. Always a plus. Jump on1604 in minutes.

I had a bad experience in my first apartment, but when I came to amo recito it was a completely different story. Carmen was absolutely amazing and helped me find exactly what I needed in a very timely manner. She was very quick to accommodate all my needs and very knowledgeable. I am extremely happy at my new apartment. The residents are extremely nice and overall very clean and quiet. Its the perfect location and has exceeded my expectations.

I liked the complex my first year here, but once Greystar and new management took over, this place became a nightmare. Trash, pests, smells, issues that go unfixed for MONTHS, and an office staff that is unreachable because they still won’t allow anyone into the office or facilities but they also don’t answer the phone. Any problem you approach them with is ignored, handled incorrectly, or made into a resident issue. My last year here has been so painful, and I can’t wait to move out. Based on the number of empty apartments in my building, my neighbors must all feel the same way. It’s an exodus out of here for sure.

Overall i absolutely love living here. My apartment is beautiful front office staff/management is delightful. My only issue is the maintenance team.

Great Apartment Complex layout (beautiful to walk around in). Conveniently located near La Cantera and UTSA. Parking is a bit difficult though....

I paid over $1000 in move in fees to move into a dump! My apartment is roach infested, the ceiling is dirty, the light fixtures are grimy and the tub had yellow stains. The shower head is not even attached to the dry wall.

I love this community! The staff get to know everyone right away and are so friendly and helpful. I sold my home and decided on apartment living and have abdoluely no regrets! It quiet and very safe here.

This used to be a beautiful well kept community with attentive and dedicated staff, now it feels we have been left with a couple of under qualified handyman types and a lackluster management that cant even keep their books straight. They lost our security deposit TWICE. Besides the poorly kept grounds, and abundance of raccoons, our apartment is littered with cockroaches. Pest control has been here twice and nothing has changed. Dont move in here, your basic needs will not be satisfied.

I have lived here since 2012,it has been pretty good up till they sold. Then everything changed and not so good. The office personnel and maintenance crew are doing just fine.they could use some help every now and then.but overall time i have lived here has been good for the most part..
