3.5 staff is friendly and the services are available at regular times. Some services are limited due to weather or maintenance, yet other services are coming this month. All together this complex only has minor difficulties on specific aspects of rent day-to-day life yet makes up for it in friendly service and compensation on fair rent and payments

Not the best place to live. Since we moved here there has been roach problem, neighbors being Loud, the management taking away the large trash bin and using valet trash instead and roof leaking. I can't wait till our lease is up to move.

This place is the absolute worst experience with an apartment I have EVER had. 1. ROACHES. There has been roaches since we moved in and pest control doesn’t come out. 2. A/C and Heat has mass turn on for the entire complex. They didn’t tell us that when we moved in. They only run A/C from April 1-Nov 1. 3. You pay for gas even though there isn’t gas run anything in the apartment. 4. Apartment staff is terrible! Never answer the phones and email. Can’t ever answer a question. Maintenance is a joke. 5. You can report them to code compliance for the city, but they will just say it’s all okay and lie. Save your time and your money. Don’t live here! It’s terrible!

I currently live here. And I am anxious for my lease to be completed. I was looking for new apartments to move into and ran into the ones I currently live in. FYI all these apt pictures are lies. The gym has never been opened for the tenants. Laundry area is disgusting. Pools are never open. Infested with roaches. Plus bad customer service!!!!!!!!!

Last week I came to look for an apartment. They showed me the apartment and I liked it. I put down my deposit and extra fees ( 200$) that was last week before may 1. Today I go in because I've been calling every day of the week to get my status of application. The lady told me that my application hasn't even been submitted in the system but they took my $ for the holding and application fees almost two weeks ago. ... . I keep getting the run around when these guys are playing not answering their phone. I was told to come back today @ 5 and I will have a answer with my application status. This is ridiculous, I am just trying to find a place to stay. Meanwhile these people can't do their job correctly.

DO NOT RENT HERE! This place is beyond horrible! I've only been for three months and I've had to deal with ROACHES EVERY SINGLE DAY. I tried plugging up various holes and cracks but they still manage to get in. I'm assuming they're traveling through the vents. Besides the refrigerator, I don't use the kitchen at all as I wouldn't trust any food that's been on the counters or cabinets. I told the office about it and they had someone spray but that literally did nothing! Besides the roaches, all of the appliances and cabinets are extremely old. The mirror in my bathroom has permanent water damage and they refused to replace it. The ceiling in the bathroom leaks water from time to time. They have two laundry places. One is closed since it doesn't work and the other is extremely nasty looking. Needless to say, I wash clothes elsewhere. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can leave this awful place.

Please do not be fooled these are the worst apartments to live in. Management is extremely rude. Doesn't care about anytime residents and roaches everywhere. Money hungry people.

This place is awful! I don't recommend it to anyone. The apartments are old and falling apart. Maintenance takes their time coming to fix an issue. I've called the emergency maintenance line and they didn't answer and never got back to me. There are roaches everywhere. They claim they spray but the roaches never go away. The office team never answers the phone and when you go in to talk with them they seem annoyed and distracted. They are regularly turning off the water for a couple hours due to an 'emergency'. The laundry rooms are disgusting and don't work. I have to go to my grandparents' house to do laundry. The gym has been 'under renovation' since I moved in last year. Please don't move here. You'll regret it.

Awful, keep it moving, NOT worth your time or money. Seriously they have lots of issues HERE. Nothing gets fixed .. The model you see isn't what you rent..awful .

Terrible place to live. Everything that you can imagine when you think of a horrible apartment. Management is terrible. Flea and roach problem! These apartments are the worst I've ever seen in my entire life.

Every thing you can imagine is wrong here. There's no pools to use, no workout place, outdoor bball & volleyball court damaged as well as no laundry rooms. They never fix anything and there's horrible roaches. They evict people left n right leave their belongings outside for days

Place isn't safe to live and the management doesn't care. There's a homeless guy who sleeps out near the pool at night, and more of them living in the area behind the complex. Cops are always showing up here. On top of that, maintenance here is very very behind, and we have roaches and wasps all over the place.

Management never cleaned the apartment before I moved in, the property is falling apart, the laundry facilities have been out of order for the last 6 months, there is a lot of crime, the management is very rude to residents, and the buildings are infested with roaches, wasps, and mosquitos

Very bad apartments. DO NOT RENT here. To start with, they did not allow me to move-in to my apartment on the date that was mentioned on the contract. They gave reason that the previous occupants had not yet moved out. When I finally got to move-in, a week later, the apartment was not clean. They took two days to clean the apartment and we had to stay for two days in a dirty apartment. The Utility fees they charge does not make any sense. My monthly utility bill was around 90$. I have never seen so freaking high utility bills anywhere I have stayed. When I asked the management, they started behaving rudely. After I moved out of apartment, they did not even return our 250$ deposit even though the apartment was left clean.

I love my new apartment there have a fitness room a pool, a game center with free Wi-Fi. Also the personal at the leasing office is very friendly. Been here for 2 months now me and my family love it we can go right outside and play at the basketball court while my man is on the grill.
