Property Ratings at Monterey Village
This complex is good for people who are single or have children. It has two pools and two small play areas. They are kept fairly clean.
My wife and I are currently living here and the several times we needed to speak to someone in the office it is nearly impossible to speak to manager or anyone in the office for that matter. We have tried to contact them about receiving a gate code because the only way to allow our visitors in is if we walk outside to the car and use our gate key remote unless someone that is coming in or out lets them in. They are not what so ever strict about the pool hours or allowing people to simply get in by reaching over and pushing the gate open so people (mostly young adults) are out there past pool hours and are very loud, it has one asking what is the security for? Also it clearly says that cats are only allowed to live in these apartments when just about every one has a dog and is seen walking them around. The only positive thing that I can say about Monterey Village is that they are quick about getting maintenance out.
So far we have lives at Monterey village or just over a year and we love it. Lots of different style units to choose from they're all individually owned and has been a very nice place to live for my family. Yes we have pets and they are allowed.we have had great neighbors so far and people are pretty nice and helpful.pool isnt fancy but ALWAYS sparkling and spotless clean. Hope this helps ..Rancho Cucamonga is a great place to live! :)have a beautiful and blessed day! :)
