No bugs no bugs live at this complex at all not one the units are clean apartments and very quiet the prices are affordable and the complex is walking distance from many things.

I like how quiet it is. Aside from traffic i hear every so often, the complex isn't noisey. I don't hear any of my neighbors. Non emergency maintenance requests do take a while though (3ish months)

It can take up to 2 months sometimes just to get a service request done. And thats with me having to go to the office. I have put in the most recent servicd request..its been 2 weeks and nothing. Not to mention that the property needs to be cleaned on the outside etc

I'm writing this review on the 4th of July 2024. The pool is closed just like it was on Memorial Day. I was really looking forward to grilling and taking my son to the pool. There's other issues like all the trash and stray cats, but the pool is the whole reason I moved here, and now it's closed half the week with no notice. No management did not send an email telling residents the pool would be closed on the biggest holiday of the summer.

I love it here everyone is very nice. The pool and gym are always clean.The stores and freeways are close by. I like all the help from all the staff keeping up with keeping the apartment looking nice and clean.

I like the location of the apartment complex and my layout. I do have enough space to cook and the den makes it easier to work from home/study or guest room. The only thing I am not very happy with is how loud and obnoxious the neighbors can get. Especially utilizing the common areas late at night with a high volume of music or arguing in the middle of the night. I wish people were respectful to one and another..

Monterra is a great place to live. It's conveniently located right off of the freeway, QT right across the street and two other convenient stores nearby.

For a “luxury” apartment it is quite far from that. The management staff is kind, helpful and welcoming and deserve to be in charge of another property. Although for the price of the apartment with all the things that have fallen apart in the last four months it is quite ridiculous. The walls are paper thin, I hear the traffic, my neighbors below and above me, and any conversations happening in the parking lot or stairwell. Also noting that I have had several packages lifted from my front door, I now send my mail to the leasing office or an off sight location for me to pick up. It’s not the safest community and I wish I had done a little more research before moving in.

Monterra's management are the reason why I stay at the complex. When you have people who care about their tenants and are enjoyable to talk with, it makes my stay at the apartment complex much more relaxed. Even if I have maintenance emergencies like a flood ceiling, they are on top of it, ensure my needs are taken care of, and won't stop until I am back to my comfortable way of living, and I will always love and appreciate that about them.

Moved in last week to a dirty apartment and have yet to have maintenance respond to a request. The dishwasher is not usable due to it not draining and smelling like sewage. The floors were filthy, the dryer left black marks on our sheets. There is a lot of trash lying around the common areas. I’ll update if they improve from this very low bar that’s been set.

I have lived at Monterra for 3 years now. We have changed management hands and staff a few times. We have had some minor issues in the community that the management has handled appropriately. I really enjoy living here and havent had any problems that they werent able to handle in a timely manner.

I love the layout, its more spacious than expected. In unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. So far its been pretty quiet. Upon move in, I found my dishwasher to be broke. It still has not been fixed (3 weeks).

They are infested with roaches! they never answer the phone, and they will charge you a ridiculous amount after moving out, eventhough they are replacing the floors anyway
