Western Hills/ Ridglea is a populated area about 10 miles west of Downtown Fort Worth. This suburban neighborhood is popular for commuters as it’s bounded to the west by Interstate 820 and to the north by I-30. Property Ratings at Monterrey
the all bills paid seems like a nice draw, but it is not worth it. only one maintenance man and work orders are almost never completed. have lived here for 4 years and still have a 3 page list of things wrong that have never been looked at or fixed. on top of that, the towing company is one that lost its license twice for towing cars illegally, and extremely noisy neighbors. were talking parties almost every night that rattle the windows. not just next door either. its so loud and from everywhere from outside pa4tying. also seems to have a new managing company every 6 months to a year. every time they decide to change yhe parking rules and re-map the parking lots and reserved parking. only plus side was the amazing office manager but now she is gone and the lady in charge now could not care less about anything. I'm trying to save to move out but can't afford to. Just stay away.
