With the spectacular mountain views and the Spokane River winding through downtown, Spokane is one of the most picturesque college towns in America. It is home to Gonzaga University and Washington State University-Spokane, giving this already energizing city a youthful spirit. Just spend an afternoon at Riverfront Park -- a gorgeous spot that features Spokane Falls and part of the 37-mile Spokane River Trail -- and you'll be very glad you moved to a Spokane apartment.
Of course, it's more than a spectacular landscape that provides opportunities for hiking, camping, river-rafting, and fishing that draws new residents to Spokane. The city is considered an economic and cultural hub of the region, and it is the county seat of Spokane County. It is very close to Fairchild AFB, Northern Quest Resort and Casino, and Spokane International Airport.

Property Ratings at Montgomery Court
My family has enjoyed being here for 4 years. We love the apartment and the family atmosphere. My kids are to old for the playground area but it was a great plus when we first moved in. Thanks for all the security you have provided in the last 4 years.
I had issues with maintenance the whole time I was here. Between them being impossible to reach to doing a poor job. To start, the washing machine knob was broken when I moved in. Maintenace tried to fix it, said they couldn't and told me to use pliers until they could get a part in. I used pliers to start the washing machine, every single time I did laundry, for the entire year I lived there. They never fixed it. My fridge died a couple months into my lease. Maintenance saved all the spoiled food on the shelves for me, but didn't check the drawers before hauling it away, and I lost a couple hundred dollars worth of Tupperware and beauty products. The office gave me some (I think ~125?) off rent to compensate for the spoiled food, but after I realized I lost all that other stuff, there as no acknowledgement of that. Maintenance didn't even apologize for tossing the stuff that was actually salvageable. And then my walls started leaking water. I tried the emergency line because it was the weekend and there was literally water coming out of my baseboards, but management closed the contract with the emergency maintenance line and didn't update residents on how to reach them after hours. I just kept mopping up water, and on Monday when Maintenance finally came, they told me it was a residual issue from my a leak at my neighbor's and the walls were just "flushing out the water" and it would stop. I told them I didn't think that was the case and when it continued seeping water over the next couple weeks, they finally called a plumber who found a leak in the roof 3 floors up. I told them by now there was extensive water damage between the walls and I didn't feel comfortable using the outlet on that wall, and they said it would dry out and be fine. I moved out 2ish months later and I still had holes in my wall from when the plumber came. And by then there was mold growing along the dining room wall. The lady who did my move out walk through seemed embarrassed when she realized Maintenance never patched the holes, and pointed out the mold and made a comment that Maintenance was wrong about it not being a complete wall issue. Isabelle in the office was great, but Maintenance just doesn't seem to care about actual issues. Grass was always green but you have moldy walls. Priorities are backwards.

Hello, thank you for your review. We understand your frustrations and are very disappointed you had such a negative experience in our community. We look to feedback like this to improve, so thank you again. We wish you the best.
I have lived here for going on 2 years and will not be resigning our lease. Apartment compl x has gone down hill. 1. Car break-in’s happen all the time. They have over 40/50 over the summer of 2020 and they did not notify anyone. It wasn’t until neighbors started talking we even knew there was a problem. They did put up cheap camera but there a lot of blind spots. The entire back of the complex has no cameras. The ones that are up are accessible from the ground and can be moved easily without being recorded. 2. No call backs from leasing office. Good luck if you have a problem. Our buildings has left multiple common area repair messages and nothing gets fixed. You literally have to flag down the maintenance people to get work done. 3. Snow plow people damage cars in winters. They have hit two cars and then blamed it on the resident. They said the back of their car was sticking out to far.... well then go around them. 4. Broken down vehicles. There is a car park right in front of the leasing office that was in an accident, front all smashed/un-drivable, for three weeks. Junk cars parked throughout out the property. 5. Walls/ceiling are thin. We have trouble hearing the next door neighbor all the time. The upstairs neighborhood kids and all we hear at night is the kids running from room to room. If your on the third floor you might be ok.

The Management Staff have been super helpful since we moved in August. There was an apartment fire in one of the buildings and they handled it so well to help those affected. They have fun events twice a month thrown by the Apartment Life Coordinators. The Maintenance staff is always looking to make the living experience better in any way they can!

Welcome home, and thank you for the 5-star compliments! We are so happy to know that you've continued to love life here at Montgomery Court! - The Team at Montgomery Court Apartments
Worst management ever. They literally told me they will not "Honor" the signed contract/lease I had with last management. Then when I turned in my 20 day notice to move...you guessed it they say they never got it. They now say I have to pay another months rent. These are dishonest people. DO NOT move in here. They will NOT return your deposits and will absolutely make your life miserable!! Amanda is simply put second rate!! The last management was stellar to work with. But Coast Management is despicable!!
I love my apartment complex everybody's very nice to one another, has a great vibe, it's nice and quite, when ever you need maintenance of something in your apartment there always there to help, and they always keep thing clean and that's really important thank you @ Montgomery Court apartments.
