Not worth the money. Extra fees that are unnecessary. Maintenance is slow with quick and not great service work. Will be moving out at the end of lease.

Great Staff, quiet community, a lot of parking, great location. Can go to many different places locally, 25 mins quakertown, 20 mins to landale/montgomeryville. Skippack is nice and close. The pool was great during summer.

Loving it so far! The apartment is clean and has everything we need! We had a small issue and maintence was quick to come out and fix the problem. They also communicated very well’

Long story! Overpriced big time. Constant issues with my home and the community. Pool has been closed twice in 2 months and no requard for community rules. MAYBE management could and should do more.

I have lived at Montgomery Woods for 4 years and have for the most part been very pleased. Maintenance is great and very responsive. The apartments are clean and spacious. You won’t find this much space for any cheaper in this area.

Its a nice place to live with spacious townhomes. Whenever there is an issue or concern, it is taken care of in a relatively quickly. Downsides is the inability to open windows because of lack of screens and to communal water bill.

My neighbors are great! I don’t have a lot of external noise issues. Everyone in my area picks up their dog ?? but in walking around, some with bigger dogs don’t. Some residents are less respectful of the what they can put in the trash receptacles and what shouldn’t go. I would like to have more recycling bins around the complex instead of only one. Also, would like more paved trails in and around the large grassy areas.

Seems like the staff are friendly. Which is great. I enjoy the amenities provided - specifically the dog park. I do think the quality of the apartment itself is not great. I do appreciate the private entrances and the washer and dryers though.
All the staff are wonderful and sweet. Maitience is timely and gets things done efficiently. The leasing office staff are as sweet and helpful as ever!

I just moved in this past weekend. The application process was extremely easy. The entire process was very smooth and fast!! The kitchen is a little outdated (I’m in the unit with the yellow/tan cabinets). Other than that everything has been great!

Building quality is awful. The roof leaks, doors and windows let in air and pests. Neighbors are loud and don't clean up after their pets. Water quality is poor.

Neighbors are not respectful of keeping noise down past 11 pm. The apartment itself will fall apart without you doing anything. Parts of my ceiling started flaking off recently. If it rains ,there's an obvious leak in the roof that is making the ceiling collect brown spots. My friends and my apartments doors are not completely sealed when closed. There are gaps that bugs enter , my friend had a mouse enter in the front door. This is a place that's good if there's no where else to live, but it's overpriced for the quality.

Love this community! It’s quiet and well managed!! The townhomes are very clean and there’s so many different things such as a pool, outdoor gym and dog park!!
