Monticello by the Vineyard Apartments

We have lived here 5+ years and they have definitely gotten worse each year. We will be moving ASAP. There is police in the complex atleast once a week. A month ago SWAT team was here. Definitely don't feel safe having my family here. Constantly people speeding through the community, noisey neighbors, smells like weed all the time. No parking due to dumpster bins taking up all the parking. They charge premium rent for not a premium complex or amenities.

This is a beautiful community and is very well kept and manicured. The city is great and the people that live here are very friendly.

The floors are thin and you can hear the people above you walk around.

It’s true! I have a beautiful view, dog park, convenient to everything, neighbors are super friendly out walking their dogs…you actually meet your neighbors and make friends on this property! Staff and maintenance are A+ too! I could go somewhere else but why would I everything I need is right here! I even just signed for another year????

My garage had grease on the floor and I request for cleaning it but I was told by the manager no we canâ??t remove it period.

I am very happy to now call Monticello my new home. The leasing staff was amazing and very helpful in the process of my application.

It' quiet! I love my apartment! And the staff are so friendly!!

Meets basic living needs plus option of having a garage. The location is centralized to multiple stores, financial institutions, restaurants, proximity to multiple cities and most importantly my employer.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I moved in 2 months ago and have had countless issues with appliance and the maintenance team. When we moved in the Microwave was broken and it took 3 and a half weeks to get a new one. The A/C is nonexistent on the third floor during the day its 80+ degrees and at night doesn't get below 77. I contacted maintenance and they told me it was due to low Freon after they refilled it nothing changed still 80+ degrees, so I essentially live in a sauna. The property is old and needs an overhaul very badly. Our neighbor below us has asked us numerous times to keep it down since he works from home and we try, but when my 11 month old son is crawling and learning how to walk it's pretty hard to keep it quite. The first 2 months have been hell on earth so I can't wait for the following 10. Save yourself the headache and DON'T move here!

Love that the garage attaches to apartment home. Feels more safe coming in and out especially at night.

I would recommend this property to anyone I know. I have done it many times. The property is well maintained and a pleasure to come home to.

Would recommend because of the layout of the apartments, location, dog park and pool. Would warn against fees, mail boxes being broke into, and staff turnover.

I would most definitely recommend Monticello , the homes are well maintained and updated, the property is quiet and well maintained. The staff was always so friendly and very responsive to our needs . We had not lived in an apartment since college (we are in our 50') it totally exceeded our expectations!!

I like the floor plans and the area, I am only hesitant because of the cost.

Location. Prob have some new staff. The pool area was closed way too much last year !! The maintenance i had last 2 times is awesome. Very nice, very professional and knows his stuff !!

i would not recommend since the internet sucks, and more on these days that we have to be working at home.

Such a wonderful Community! Both Amber and Gabrielle were courteous and friendly and quick to address my needs. I would definitely recommend Monticello by the Vineyards to anyone I know that is looking for a new place to call home.

I’m very comfortable in my apartment and it’s worth paying for quality.

The staff have been quite responsive and when I need something fixed they take care of it quickly.

They always take care of things in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and courteous, especially Adrian.

If you need even halfway decent internet, do not move here. The Internet packages/quality provided by AT&T (which is the only provider) is horrible. For over a year now management has been telling me they are working on providing us with better options, but nothing has improved. For what they are charging us to live here, this is not acceptable.

Beautiful community, nice neighbors, nice office staff, quite, great location.

This is a great place. Office staff is amazing. Amenities are kept up and well maintained.

I absolutely loved my apartment - location, environment, etc. I would recommend the Monticello to anyone who was looking in the area. The only issue I had was loud neighbors, which was partially attributed to thin walls and ceilings - other than that, it was fantastic.

4 months ago, Steadfast Managers informed all renters that starting in 2020, they would no longer accept/hold packages delivered by the Post Office that don't fit in our small mailboxes. Anything larger then letters/magazines would be sent back to the Euless Post Office. If you are considering renting here, please know that the Euless Post Office is a 30 minute round trip drive from the property. The wait in line may be longer. They close at 1 pm on Sat, closed Sundays/bank holidays. This is a new corporate imposed punishment. Only their properties have cut this service. Their clubhouse is cavernous and they are fully staffed. There is no reason not to hold packages like they have for the Past Four Years. Don't forget to wash your hands after each Post Office visit. Great location, not many negatives other than constant gate maintenance.

Great value, clean and well kept, close to EVERYTHING, and very homey.

Maintenance people are really nice and I have no complaints when it comes to maintenance. But I totally have the opposite few when it comes to leasing office. I haven't been here a month, lady at the front office was very rude and had such a bad attitude, I was lied to about the apartment I'm living in, i specifically asked that I wanted a a unit that had a garage and no one above us. Since this was out of state move I couldn't come and see the unit my self. When I got here I notice there were people above us, I mentioned it to her, but she didn't really care and all she said to me was there will be just little bit of noise, but they are extremely loud and specially at night time. Me and my kids haven't been able to sleep properly through the night. I called and spoke to the assistant manager, who's really nice. I explained her the situation and that I just can't live like this, she said she will have to talk to the corporate office and see what they can do. So now it's just a waiting game. Hopefully I will have a positive answer and will all be able to sleep through the night.

The office staff were great and unlike our last apartment, they answer the phone and are polite. Kudos. They have communicated with us about our work order without us having to call in. Excellent all round.

I like the area it's too far from jobs and the rent rates went up.

The walls are very thin and you can everything that's going on in neighboring apartments.

Poor care displayed towards resident of 2 years. I will not be continue lease and making plans to move. Paint chipping on railing to dog park, appliance went out- taking over a week to replace. Using a third party answer service for emergencies- that does not put maintenance requests in. On day 5 of standing water in dishwasher (after 3 maintenance requests)- only to be told a new appliance needs to be ordered and will take an additional 3 days to a week.

More social activities. I've lived here since 2003 and we use to have Saturday brunches, casino parties at Christmas time, costume parties at Halloween by the pool both for canine & humans to win money off your rent, super bowl watch parties etc. now nothing social):

I've already recommended this apartment to a friend and she recently signed a lease - at the very least, I should have received a thank you from the apartment, but instead got nothing in return.

Although the apartment I transferred to was filthy, it was an anomaly and not an indication of what typically happens at Monticello By the Vineyard. I had faith that Amanda would make things right and she has.

I've enjoyed living in this community and have never had any issues or complaints. I was absolutely shocked by the horrible experience we had. The first time I moved to this community, the process was very smooth. I never imagined moving to another unit after our lease ended would be so challenging. It was honestly the worst moving experience either one of us has had.

It is a quiet and calm complex. The premises are maintained and the maintenance guys are extremely good at what they do. Staff is so nice. Neighbors are respectful of each other.

The apartments as a whole, location, and the atmosphere here is peaceful; the layout of the apartments are unique and the dog park is spectacular!

I like what they have to offer. It feels very comfortable. I like the design except I am uncomfortable with the guest room being in the front of the unit.

I appreciate the staff at Monticello. They are very understanding and patient. I would recommend this apartment community and have to others looking to rent in the area.

Although I am new to community, I feel a sense of community and the apartments and grounds are lovely!

I would recommend this apartment community. I have always admired this apartment community from a far. Now to be a part of it is Amazing.
