A decent value for a community with amenities to help Us enjoy Life!
I'm very happy to live in this community is very clean, the management office are doing a lot remodeling to make look nice the neighborhood. The apartments are great and very spacious and every time you have an emergency in your apartment they respond immediately
Confusing move-in experience, overpriced apartment, no visitor parking... I wouldn't recommend Monticello to a friend.

It has a great neighborhood, quiet and a safe community.
It's a very friendly and a quiet community, with nice neighbors. It has walkways and a lot of trees that creates a barrier between the main street and the apartments

Por que mantienen limpio los alrededores y el mantenimiento es bueno, son seguros no hay mucha delincuencia, es tranquilo no hacen fiestas los vecinos y tampoco permiten ruido a altas horas de la noche, en la oficina atienden bien son amables

We have so many mice. We’ve had the apartment’s pest control people out 6 or 7 times, and we still have so many mice. We’ve also had some cockroaches, but compared to the mice, they are a pleasure. In addition, there are like 12 bros who live above us and play very loud music that shakes our ceiling. We’ve complained about the music like 7 times and the office has visited them twice, called at least one, and sent at least one letter, but nothing changes. The apartment itself isn’t nice, but it’s not terrible. The bathroom and kitchen are super small; the pantry, family room and bedrooms are all pretty big. Unless you have 10 cats and have always wanted to live under a nightclub, I suggest you check out other options.

If you are looking for a new apartment stay away from here. First of all, THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! THE MANAGEMENT HERE SENDS EMAILS OFFERING PRIZES FOR LEAVING A GOOD REVIEW! The first week of me living here I received an email asking to leave a good review and my name would be entered in a contest to win a prize! There are mice, bedbugs and you can't order anything online because all your packages get stolen. They control the A/C so be ready to be in 90+ degree sweating inside the apartment. Don't even bother emailing the office or calling, the response is always " We can't do anything about it." Unfortunately, I had a limited time to find a new apartment and had to stay here. After a day of moving here I started looking around the apartment and found stains on the walls, damaged doors, bedbugs in the airway connecting the bathrooms, there was a mice in the closet. I reported all of this to the office, & all I got back from them was a "Thanks, We'll put it in your file." WHAT?!? How about fixing the issues in the apartment before renting it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration of living here.

Hello, thank you for your review. We are disheartened to hear that you have experienced this upon moving into your apartment. Have these matters been addressed within your apartment home? As for the air conditioning, yes, we are on a one pipe system which means when the air is on heat is not accessible and vice versa. Unfortunately, we are mandated by law to provide heat through May 1 each year. With global warming and the weather constantly changing, there will be several days where it will be uncomfortable. We understand this is uncomfortable and will switch to air as soon as May 1 passes. The apartment is very nice. The community is pretty. The staff is friendly. Maintenance completes work quickly. There's always a laundry machine available. I'm quite comfortable here.

Convenient location. Responsive maintenance staff. Friendly office support. Ample closet space. Good square footage for the rental rate inside the beltway. Hearing and electric included. Water and trash added. Extra parking space available for additional monthly charge.

I lived there for almost two years, I have to go because I am leaving the Country, otherwise I would have stayed for as long as I could.

The apartment is okay, it's close to a high school and has a pool and clubhouse that we are allowed to use. The maintenance of this place works fast. Although the apartment has some good qualities, the price is a bit expensive, and a bit cramped up. This apartment's only flaw is the price, especially during the pandemic, the pricing is especially too much for the people that live here. Besides this factor, this place is pretty okay.

Es un excelente lugar para vivir muchos árboles muy limpio no hay aninales.enlos apartamentos la administración dela oficina es buenísima en especial el señor David siempre dispuesto ayudar y me encanta vivir aki lo recomendaría atodos es el mejor lugar donde he vivido.
