Montoro

New resident to the community. Very straightforward and very responsive office staff. I was very impressed with the ease of applying, filling out documents and paying my deposit online. My 2nd floor unit was very clean, black appliances, built in microwave, undated kitchen decor, vaulted tall ceilings in the living/bedroom and surprising skylights in the bathroom and kitchen that leads to a glass roof. Hard to describe.. Wasn't expecting that! Similar to Tesla or the 2005-2010 Nissan Maxima's that have the built-in Skyview glass roofs. So far I'm 100% shockingly satisfied with my unit. And, NO I don't work for the community or management company. This is a real review from a person that needed a new place ASAP!

Grea community, apartments & overall neighborhood. Close to all stores, and safe community for families. Amazing staff who are attentive and caring.

Mucha limpieza,tranquilidad y sobre todo seguridad, excelente personal de oficina y de mantenimiento recomiendo este condominio 100x ciento, tiene varios mercados y tiendas incluyendo escuela, clínica, dentista, restaurante, panadería, muy buena zona.

Great apartment location, everything is local. Everyone in the office is so helpful,maintenance is always quick to solving our issues. As well as the office being so focused on the community, throwing events for the community even going as far as giving out school supplies. They go above and beyond.

I am grateful for the assistance that this apartment complex provided to me and my family, we are happy in our new home. It is a quiet place with an office staff that attends and listens to all your questions, a place where your family feels happy to be.

My experience with Montorro has been absolutely amazing. Cecilia has definitely been god sent to me and I appreciate her and all the staff for being so easy to deal with and making this process so pleasant. I’m excited to say that this is my new home.

A Great Place to Reside, raise kids. The Administration is Awesome at what to do for the Residents. It’s a quiet Complex also. This Apartment Administration tries very hard to please their Tenants. Just hope that the Price factor could be a little cheaper.

It's really great place to live.peopel in the office are super nice including the maintenance guys super helpful. In addition, it has a family vibe.

I will mention the rare things that contributed to Montoro a better living environment than most. Neighbors are mindful of paying attention to their own selves and not focused on anyone else's business. Being overly neighborly. Extremely safe. I live for the dog park and car wash. The car was has been so convenient beyond measure. The staff in the beginning are reasonable with accommodations when needed

Staff is super helpful. Best apartments I’ve lived at, they really care for residents. The community here is amazing, so many events for the residents.

Moving into my new apartment at Montoro has been an exciting and refreshing experience. The moment I stepped into the place, I was struck by how spacious and bright it felt. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

It has been good so far the community it quite and quite vast. Also the amenities are very nice. The apartment itself is nice and the price is reasonable. I look forward to my first year here

El mantenimiento no es el adecuado no cumple con las especificaciones las puertas no cierran bien, algunos switch de electricidad no funcionan , la trituradora no funciona y la administración no presta atención a esos detalles

Very professional staff was courteous and very knowledgeable of the property. I’m looking forward to living in the community. This community is very close to my job and centrally located to several places i am used to eating at or shopping

Living here for 3.5 years has been a great experience. Administrations are all so nice and when requests are put in, they are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Apartments super clean, no noise, no trash anywhere , fast maintenance service when needed, playground for kids, which my kids love to go to every day

Everyone is respectable. The complex is kept pretty clean. There is not too much noise or disturbing the peace. My neighbors are very nice and they acknowledge others.

A great place to live and I love the community. I would refer people to live here as it’s a great community. If anyone read this just know I’m happy here

Management was super worst. The management employee were so rude and awful.

It is unfair that the garbage is paid monthly but cannot be properly placed at the door. I go to work early in the morning and come home at 7 pm, but the time to put the trash out at the door is 5 pm. I just throw my money in the trash.

The "Smart Apartment Tech" is a big plus, but over shadowed by roach issue.

They are unorganized. Maintenance NEVER fixes anything. The leasing personnel doesn’t communicate with each other. I complained about like leak for 6 months and it’s still not fixed. The office made several excuses for why the issue hasn’t been addressed. They hire bootleg contractors that don’t fix the issue. The apartment doesn’t notify you when someone will be entering your apartment like they stated they will do when I leased. They are VERY unprofessional! Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!!!

Two months into the contract, our apartment started to flood when it rained. We spoke to the manager and she assured us that they would make repairs to avoid it from happening again. Sure enough, the next time it rained the bedroom flooded again. This time the previous manager had left and the new manager was completely clueless. She initially admitted that no repairs had been done, but quickly changed her story when we mentioned that we would seek legal help if needed. They insisted on "drying" the carpet and putting it back even though it was soaked with rain water. They sent contractors who sprayed chemicals all over the cement to avoid mold from forming, despite us telling them we were highly allergic. I ended up with a $400 doctor bill, which they never even acknowledged. We had to live in the living room space for almost two months while the cement in the bedroom floor dried. They installed the same wet carpet and the apartment smelled like mold no matter what we did! Mayra ("manager") said we would be reimbursed $500 which we never saw a penny of. Our furniture ended up with water damage and the smell was so bad we had to terminate the lease after only 3 months. They tried to make us sign a ridiculous document stating we would never speak about it, and in return they would not report anything against our credit. We of course refused to sign and moved out due to the unit being uninhabitable. We tried contacting the regional manager several times, but she refused to speak to us. Even though they made us live with industrial fans (running at our expense), and we had to pay moving fees, and leasing fees at the new place, they refused to acknowledge any of it. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent from this disgusting place. We made them aware of the mold growing and they did nothing. What they did do, was give access to unknown contractors to our unit while we were not present. We came home one day, to two strange men standing in our bedroom with all our belongings exposed to anyone walking by.

There are still a few minor things needing attention but I sincerely appreciate the promptness of all my many requests. This place is finally starting to feel like home and I am very thankful to you three ladies in the leasing office. The maintenance person that worked on the track lights, said h'd come replace the bulbs in the can lights because they are not the right wattage. Also the counter facing the door is a bit broken and leaning down, he said h'd install some support brackets but haven't happened yet. The smell is starting to fade. Again I appreciate everything everyone has done to help. Thank you all!

Do not move to this dump unless you enjoy sharing your food with countless roaches, loosing sleep because of noisy neighbors, maintenance and contractors coming in without knocking and not leaving any kind of notice, and rude management. When addressed to office I was told these exact words “well if you don’t want to live here you don’t have to.”

I have lived here for a year and it was the WORST mistake of my life. This apartment is so nasty and infested with ROACHES. I can’t put food in my refrigerator or freezer because baby roaches are in both. I have had to throw away my kids toys due roaches being on the toys and in the toy bins. Management is fully aware of the roaches and they blame it on the neighbors around you. If you tell management your neighbors are having the same problem they like to say “well you must have brought the roaches with you”. Management is not professional at all corporate has done nothing to fix it. If you see a good review about this apartment management most likely gave them a gift card. I can’t wait until it is time to move. I now have to buy all new furniture because I refuse to take roaches to my new place. Guys do not move here please don’t do this to yourself or your family.

This apartment complex cares about its units and those that live within them. They take care of business and all repairs as soon as they can.

I love the apartments. I was leery about staying on my own but the community is probably the safest environment I?ve ever lived in. Myra and Ana are always so nice when I have request and need things done. I would recommend these apartments to anyone I know looking for a new place.
