Don't bother trying to live here
The location is nice, it has land for kids to play, but the office management is a joke (putting it nicely). After the storms several of the units flooded and they will not do anything about it. Something brakes and you ask to get it fixed, forget about it. They say they will do something, but never do. My kid went the entire summer with their A/C barley blowing cold air, the apartment was 90 degrees inside some days. Thankfully they should moving out this year.
