Morada West

So currently I’m disappointed when moving in. The place was not move in ready when I got there. I was not able to enter the apartment until after 9 pm and was not given an alternative stay after not meeting 3 different finish times. The dryer was not properly connected, there was water damage in my bathroom, panels were missing from my blinds and now there’s are electrical issues in my bedroom and living room. Response to issues have not been timely to the point I am having to fix it myself. Just need better communications and timely fixes for important issues. Other than that, the place is nice and cool if everything is in working order. No bugs either so that’s a plus.

Can't complain yet, everything is beautiful so far. I love the view and everything is close by to shop. I'll go to the pool and use the gym once I'm fully settled

A couple things in my apartment need fixing, but so far it’s quiet, I don’t have any issues with any utilities besides not getting hot water in my kitchen sink and my oven wobbling, but so far it’s a nice apartment.

Overall, the change in this community is great. Great apartment in the area it’s in. I would say this is probably the best apartment in the area that we’re in. If you have high expectations, do not come here unless you kno.

Un buen apartamento amplio y muy cómodo lo recomiendo

Moved into a unit without things working. Office staff was very short and rude and disregarded to the fact that things were not working into the unit that was supposedly move in ready, BUT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT. The laundry area is caked with lent and dust from previous tenants, the laundry area is beyond disgusting and unsanitary. I the unit floors are so bad I have had to mop them 6 times, and thick black substance that arises every time. The walls were so dirty and just painted over. The outside storage has major water damage, and smells like urine. This unit was not ready at all for a single mother and her two babies. Beyond disappointed. Let’s not even mention that the gate never closes and the foot traffic through the complex at night is crazy! People drive through blasting music, and racing all day and night. It’s impossible to get rest.

Front office was fast to help me move in.they made it feel right at home and was straight honest and real. They maintence was on point and fixed the issues right away when I told them about some defects with the apartment

The office staff was very helpful and letting me know what my amenities were and also very responsive when I have questions that need to be urgently answered

I love morada west. It is a very quiet and tranquil apartment complex…. My neighbors are to themselves and friendly. Overall my living experience has been nothing but good.

Been having issues receiving a washing machine for the last few months, have been traveling to the laundromat the last few months just to do my laundry which has been a expense and the front office has told me that there is nothing they can do regarding compensation yet I have to pay full rent, just seems like I’m getting the short end of the stick.

So far so good can’t complain. Maintenance has been good about fixing anything that needs fixed in a timely amount. Not much noise going on at night which is good. Parking space could be a bit wider but over all decent

I’ve lived here for over 5 years so far, seen the management and office team change many times. Usually the maintenance team is awesome in the past but not sure what’s happening now. So many fees flood our monthly bill each year, from parking passes for guest to having to buy a parking pass for ourselves even though I live here and my spot was originally included in my contract, to sanitation pick up yet some days the just don’t pick up the trash and skip apartments, but if they do that we as tenants will get hit with a fine the next day for leaving the trash container outside. So many fees, rent goes up, yet ppl like me pay rent and all the fees and still can’t get a washer fixed.

Everything quiet great people not a lot of parking spaces but everything seems really nice good neighbors everyone has there pets in a leash

Es muy alto el costo de renta, para lo que promocionan y la realidad de lo que es. Muchos cobros extras cómo por ejemplo luz en áreas públicas si ni mi parkin tenía luz y afuera de mi puerta más de 6 meses para reponer una lámpara. Y no se diga de un simple filtro para aire acondicionado un mes para darlo. Al igual su cobró de agua no se me hace justo ya que en un edificio lo dividen. Siendo que en departamento viven hasta 8 personas y en otro sólo 2 personas, so no pueden compararse el consumo de agua es muy diferente.

The move had been good just take a long time to move in so that’s why I’m giving it a 4 stars out of 5 also there is a good bit of issues with the apartment that needs some work.

Las personas en la oficina no tienen intención de ayudar a nadie , muy mal educadas la oficina la cierran antes de el horario correspondiente, no solucionan nada

The apartment is Very nice and clean, theres plenty room in the living room and kitchen and i like that there's a lot of stores around the area

A lot of homeless people have been walking around and the towing company are scammers. They start towing cars before the time and then make you pay extra in cash!! It’s ridiculous that we can’t have visitors after a certain hour..

Originally parking was horrific! With towing, no parking available for guest, people parking in your assigned parking spot, etc. However I think it’s safe to say that management has put in the efforts to fix the parking issue. Grounds are well kept. Unfortunately my building is infested with roaches. And after talking to maintenance and management this has been an ongoing issue before I moved here. So why would they allow someone to move in before correcting the issue?? The “treatments” from pest control do not work! For all the money we pay for these apartments we shouldn’t have any issues!

I haven’t been here that long but so far it’s nice and quiet. I think I’m going to like living here and I just might be here for a while. The space of the apartments are also just the right size.

Its an amazing place to live at everything gets handles well and professionally

Nada más lo malo es en mantenimiento no te solucionan los problemas rápido !!

Se te daña algo y tardan mucho en venir a arreglarlo !!! Y cuando vienen tratan de repararlo nada más para que trabaje y tiempo después vuelve a fallar les mandas un mensaje otra vez y vuelve a pasar lo mismo se vuelven a tardar en venir a solucionar el problema !!

Muy mala llevo más de dos meses esperando que me remplacen la lavadora y no dan solución, la piscina es un asco nadie soluciona nada. Cucarachas por donde quiera

Community is great, is very central to freeways and attractions. Amenities are great, leasing staff is super friendly and ready to answer any questions

We just recently moved here and it’s honestly pretty spacious other then an outlet, bathroom plumbing, and bathroom paint that needs repair it’s a great start of place.

Es una gran comunidad, te resuelven si hay algun problema con tu apartamento, lo unico vatalloso es tener que encontrar estacionamiento, pero en general esta limpio, los apartamentos bonitos, la alberca y áreas recreativas me encantan

This place is great if you’re in desperate need of a space. There are roaches and it won’t be spoken about before signing because of course you need to be locked in first. They do have a deal with a pest control company so you can request sprays and fumigation though I feel you might want to stock on extra help in between those visits. Th office ladies are always nice and the neighbors never bother you. Take things one day at a time. It’s not great but it is something.

They charge for everything and my rent goes up monthly with something new and never quick to help after a mistake was made, I did refer a friend once and they said I’d get money off my rent when she stayed long enough now she renewed her lease for a second year and they said they discontinued that offer and her experience here had been less than satisfactory in the beginning six months of her stay, I’m always getting notices to enter my home and they don’t knock and announce their selves. And to break my lease they want me to py 3000.00 plus and still pay for the remaining months like I’m breaking it for a reason and the front office is absolutely no help and when I asked for corporates number I gotta fake number. Thankfully I’m not renewing and found a home not a cell.

Been over 5 years since I've been here and I love it even though there has been some extra changes to our lease it still not that bad. Great amenities, maintenance may take a lil longer but there trying to get to everyone considering it's a big complex.

It’s a perfect place for a couple or family, is quiet and clean. I love it. And in the office Alondra was very sweet and she help me so much with the papers and everything

Los departamentos son amplios, esta en una muy buena ubicación, oara entrar estan las puertas de acceso con código para una mejor seguridad.

Great customer service and most important its a quite neighborhood and neighbors are polite overall happy to have choose here to live. Love how pet friendly it is and the provide a dog park and maintain clean all year long.

Peaceful, it feels safe, the amenities are great and i love my washer and dryer in my apartment. Overall i love it here . If any issues they are always quick to resolve

So far one of the better places I’ve lived in, in Arizona! Decent sized apartments and updated kitchen appliances. Staffing is courteous and friendly!

Calm, gated, with security community. They are always quick to resolve isssues. The rent is set at a good price for everything they provide . Its the perfect place to get an apartment at location wise. Overall best apartment decision ive made.

Really clean and quiet apartments I like it . And I have everything close by . Stores , schools everything.i love the managers and all the corporations hard workers.

Not many issues. When it came to renew my lease. The rent went up. I was hoping it could would decrease since we are staying. The front ladies are nice to me.

It’s a very cute apartment layout wise. But when we moved in there was dead roaches everywhere, there’s never any parking if you invite guests over or if you come home after 6:00pm.

It’s really good living here, it’s near to small stores, small restaurants and there are an school to. And the bus stop there are two it’s really great

Nice place but apartment does come with some details. The office staff are rude. They are all nice and love when you apply but once you move in they do not care about you. Maintenance takes weeks to get serviced

Amazing, I live very comfortably in my home. It's a clean and quiet community. I would recommend it to my family members. I never thought living in an apartment would be so much fun.

Hi I’m Camilo Gonzalez, my wife and daughters love the cozy vibe from morada west apartments, nice and clean the remodel ones, I haven’t had a sour taste of this place, my kids love going to the pool during summer , staff keeps it clean when ever I go with my daughters. My neighbors are friendly and not loud so that’s a plus . At last, I just want to say that we’re totally happy with our stay at morada west.
