Run away..run far,far,away..!!
Where to begin.. when we moved in, there was zero cleaning that had been done in preparation for new renters. There was maintenance that had to be done still (I.E. blinds still had to be put in/up in every room as well as broken closet doors left for us to fix/dispose of. Exposed wiring in various places within home. Infestation of cockroaches (which she lied about) and mold growing under sinks (she suggested that we paint over the mold as she has in the past and that way we won’t see it. Lied to us about the condition of the home and the premises. Filthy back yard area, trash, trash, and more trash in the “commons” area:
