Northshore is an unlikely blend of art and sports. It is busy, yet beautiful, packed with skyscrapers and riverfront parks. Located directly across the Allegheny River from Downtown Pittsburgh, Northshore provides a fantastic view of the skyline and three bridges for easy downtown access. This is the home of Heinz Field, and the area becomes a sea of black and gold when the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers are playing. If you are moving to an apartment in Northshore, don't forget to pack your Terrible Towel. During baseball season, PNC Park -- home of the MLB Pittsburgh Pirates -- is the place to be. If you prefer art and culture, this neighborhood also contains the Andy Warhol Museum and the Carnegie Science Center.
Northshore is very pedestrian-friendly, and getting to downtown is as easy as a trip across a bridge or a ride on the T (it's free).

Property Ratings at Bracken House
If you want to move in somewhere that has beer pong tournaments until 4 am then this is for you. That might sound fun but couple that with the thin windows that allow sound to flow right onto your bedroom then you’ll want to move out within a couple weeks. If you want to sleep at night, look at some of the newer and better properties in the strip district.
Along with the view of the river and bridges, location to so many things in the north shore and downtown, covered parking garage, and wonderful amenities, one of the best things about these apartments is the management and maintenance staff. They are very quick to accommodate, fix, or help out in any way, shape, or form. Living in Pittsburgh for over 8 years now, and this is by far the best luxury apartment living. Thank you Morgan!

The Morgan at the Northshore offers the most convenient location in all of Pittsburgh. Easy access to PNC Park, The Andy Warhol Museum, Heinz Field and The Rivers Casino. Best part of being at The Morgan is the view of the city just over the Allegheny River. You can avoid the downtown traffic by a short walk across the Rachel Carson Bridge. For our puppy, we have plenty of greenspace just outside our apartment. That is something you cannot find in Pittsburgh City living. This complex is not a high rise and has an attached parking garage, also something you will not find anywhere else in Pittsburgh. My wife and I recommend The Morgan at the Northshore for anyone who is interested in Pittsburgh City living.
Great location to downtown and to sporting stadiums. Nice amenities with pool and gym along with attached garage. Highly recommend!
Impressive -- from location to unit details. I definitely intend to make this place my home in the very near future.
My visit to Morgan turned in to signing the lease to a two bedroom apartment. I have not moved in yet but am very excited to do so. The downsides: one bedroom's view looks into the parking garage and the appliances are a little out of date. The upsides: huge closets, great location, water and parking costs included in rent, allows dogs (with some exceptions) neat and clean, and affordable. I'm looking forward to moving in.
Awesome location!! Super excited about moving in!!
