Have not had working air conditioning in months, despite repeatedly reporting the problem and asking for a solution and now we also have ants. Been lied to about the AC, when maintenance came, when it would be fixed, etc SEVERAL TIMES now. Previous tenant of our apartment also showed up TWICE after the police came looking for them, threatening and harassing us about a package. Trust me, you don’t wanna live here.

I am disabled, and this became my home a short time ago . All the staff has been very accommodating and active in getting me acclimated to the community. They go above and beyond in every way. They listen and truly care that this your home and make all efforts to help you achieve the feeling of a beautiful and safe environment. The maintenance staff has worked very hard to meet my needs to the apartment!.Being in clemmons is a great place, but being at Morgan place in clemmons has exceeded all my expectations, I'm happy to call it my home..Thank you to every single staff member that has made this possible,and thank you to the other community residents as well.

When you have a problem it takes them a while to get to you and all they do is put a band aid on problem instead of fixing it and don't have no compassion about the problem. Rent is way to high for someone that puts band aids on problems instead of fixing the problem. Office personally don't care about your problems neither so forget that one.

Morgan place has went downhill. The new company came in and painted my kitchen cabinets then upped my rent $140. When asked if they are gonna do anymore renovations such as - hardwood floors and new appliances and new paint on the walls they say no. My appliances are super outdated and don’t work the best. But I’m not paying more than what I already am. This place isn’t worth it. Police are in and out of our complex all the time because of drugs and domestic instances. The parking lot at nighttime is super dark and I don’t feel safe. They were trying to ban our personal grills and put grills out by the dog park (gross!) They also changed the pool hours. The pool closes super early during the week days. And they wanted to shut it down early on Saturday’s (5pm) and close it on Sunday’s. It’s summertime and we wanted to enjoy the pool - after all it is an amenity. I’ve lived here for 3 years. The first owners were super nice and didn’t overcharge for what they offered. The second owners came in and talked a big game and was a HUGE disappointment. We are now about to have new owners again!!! For the 3rd time....in my 3 years of living here. If that tells you anything. Maybe 3rd times a charm because I’m fed up as well as other residents. We all are miserable. OH and don’t get me started on the mold we have dealt with since we have moved here in our upstairs bathroom.....it’s been painted over twice now (with kilz bacterial paint) and about to undergo a third paint job. Let’s hope the third time will take care of the problem...just seems they are always putting bandaids on situations instead of really fixing things. Seems lazy and unfair we pay rent for this...
If you enjoy grilling out on your own grill..avoid this apartment complex.....they are trying to outlaw all personal grills. Say they will put in a couple of community grills which is really an inconvenience to everyone, when a dog park is right beside their 2 picnic tables. Maybe by then they will have a trash can, for the kids to throw their trash in.

Not that these apartments were ever any great place to live, but lately, they have become one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever stayed in. While most of the office staff is friendly, the Manager seem almost determined to get rid of renters. Almost every month there is a new paper on the door enforcing some new rule or inconvenience for the tenant. Now they have some real low-class tenants running around. The smell of pot drifts through the complex on an almost daily basis. And just the other day, a fleet of DPS cars swarmed in (DPS works with convicts "in transition").
