Beloved for its proximity to both the Jersey Shore and New York City, the central region of Middlesex County sits about 40 miles southwest of Midtown Manhattan. Nearby New Brunswick, home to Rutgers University, provides access to a rich, local arts and culture hub. This neighborhood is ideal for those seeking a quiet, suburban setting not far removed from nearby entertainment and amenities. Mid- and low-rise apartment communities in the northern section of the neighborhood give way to more single-family homes fit for a variety of renters. Interstate 95 and a host of other thoroughfares make commuting around the area a breeze.

Property Ratings at Morgan's Bluff
So far so good I have thing to say but it's going Great.im loving my new space I'm definitely getting in my exercise in my steps.living On the 3rd floor.
Very excited for the Summer again at Morgan's Bluff and to watch the boats on the Marian go out, the views are amazing and the ocean breeze is always my favorite way to start the morning here.
I moved here in early March after a bad breakup. The leasing agent was very kind and we talked for 30 minutes about my situation before even getting into the apartment details. I could tell that he genuinely cared to listen. Since I moved in I've been late on rent once and they waived the late fee which was nice. My maintenance requests are usually addressed within the day, and they have a lot of cool community events which my son goes crazy for. Only downside really is the one central dumpster that I have to walk my garbage to as I'm used to a trash shoot, but this is not nearly enough for me to consider living elsewhere.
Super happy to renew and very surprised at the low increase. You can't get prices like this for a beautiful apartment anywhere anymore! So happy with the company!
Love living by the water, i enjoy the pool, neighbors, convenience, local shops and restaurants and love being close to the beaches! Would recommend
Been here for a long time and it has been the worst of the worst. the noise above me is just out of control. we cannot even enjoy our apartment
If you have lived in apartments before it’s not much different regarding the interactions with the office/maintenance… it can be difficult to nail things down. but everyone is kind and the community is top notch. Very quiet, kind neighbors, and great residences. Well maintained.
Since moving in, the staff has been amazing. If we have an issue with the apartment the staff has no issue coming to repair it. The neighbor's are all so friendly. upon moving in everyone was greeted us and made my family and I feel right at home.
Best place I’ve ever lived! Absolute dream apartment experience. Would recommend it to anyone! The views, the community, the sense of home is unmistakable.
My fiance and I moved in a little over a year ago and on move in day it was not what we expected, but they accommodated us for the inconvenience of the situation. Besides that we don’t have much to complain about. There are some small things that could be better especially for the price we pay to live here. The gym could have more equipment (it’s small) the pool when it’s opening for the season can be open sooner and closed later and time expanded longer then 11am-7pm with an hour break for the life guard. So it is only open for 7hrs. Maintenance is not bad..they’re great guys, but sometimes take a long time to respond to a maintenance request (even if it’s an emergency one) outside is kept nice and neat, but inside our building could be vacuumed/cleaned more. Overall it has been nice quiet place for our family as our first apartment together.
