Do not rent here. Since we moved in there were warning signs to get out that we didn't listen to. Our floor was cracked and our sink was chipped. We notified them before we signed and they said they'd fix it. It's been ten months and nothing has changed. We've had rodents and bugs and when we contact then to get pest control involved we "get put on a list" and then skipped over. Or when they show up to remove the mice, they just throw poison behind our stove, even when we have pets, and leave the dead mice where they are. There is a very obvious hole where they are getting in and a mess of chewed drywall that you have to specifically point out to maintenance to fill and clean because the first time they showed up they said "this is what happened when you move into there house." Our disposal broke and both our kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged. We were told maintenance would show up between 1 and 4. Low and behold 4 o'clock comes and we get a call saying they went home and won't be back for a day and a half. This is not the first time this has happened. I get the economy is not good for finding housing but you will be taken advantage of if you move here. Stay away. If you can, pay a little more to live somewhere that doesn't have rodents / bugs and will actually maintain your apartment. If I could pay my rent in pennies I would. Find another place to live.
My family and I are more than happy with our apartment. We’ve been here for a few months and the staff makes us feel very comfortable. I really appreciate that the manager LeMina is always so helpful rather if she’s on the clock or not. Any questions we have she answers with such confidence. We plan to be here for sometime and I can tell it will continue to be great.
I've lived here for over a year now and haven't experienced too many negatives. My AC did have problems but maintenance came out the same day I made a request, my sink had an issue and they came the next day. My neighbors are quiet, LaMina is a great property manager and the maintenance guys are always nice and helpful. I have recommended my friends to move in here so I'd definitely say this is a nice place for the price.
When my husband and I first toured about 2 years ago, we knew for a fact this was not the place we would like to call home. A year later we came back to tour and I must say the experience that time was beyond AMAZING. The new staff are so welcoming. They made the two of us feel as if we were already residents and had been for years. That experience caused me to have a change of heart and moved on in. We’ve been here for a year now and do not plan to move any time soon.
I would like to say that we were residents at Morning Ridge for 2 years . I'm writing this to highlight the human kindness and professional conduct that the New Staff provided us. Staff had been horrible till last year when a new management took over. The new staff is strict, but also very professional. We had an issue with our garbage disposal that the last management company would not fix, for whatever reason. I brought this to the attention of Lamina; she listened, showed sincere concern, and handled the situation the same day. Since then our stay was nothing but great. We also enjoyed the professionalism and kindness of Terricca. Maintenance hadnt always been the best but the new maintenance team was always courteous and prompt. Friendly to say hello as we pass each other within the property. I always observed how vigorously they cleaned and care for the grounds daily. This staff has done their best with situations and handled resident issues with respect and diligence. And believe me. They had their work cut out for them. We will miss them and the Morning Ridge apartments. Wish you the best
I wish I could give negative stars for this place. DO NOT MOVE HERE. To start with my family and I were placed in a unit that was not the specified unit that we walked through. We had a LONG list of repairs that were needed the day of move in. Still years later no repairs. The maintenance guys leave our unit with nothing done. Unbelievable. Shortly after living here we had a disgusting roach infestation. It took over two months to clear up. The inspector even told me they came from the neighbors house when they moved out and sprayed. We share that common wall to our kitchens. No apology. Nothing for the inconvenience of not eating in my own kitchen for over two months. Actually made it seem like I was the inconvenience to management. Our washing machine has been broken since day one. They "repair" it over and over and over and over and anytime I request a new washer and dryer I'm ignored by management. My husband has a huge scratch on his truck from a branch that was not cut on the bushes that you have no option to drive by because of the location of our unit (he did not see the branch, it was very dark) He confronted management about this and again. Nothing. There's mold on windowsills due to poor circulation in these units. Mold all over bathrooms. Poor plumbing. VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT. I cannot stress that enough. Now that I have confronted them about anything they have pretty much put a target on my family. Putting notices on my door for anything possible. Outrageous. They lost they key to my apartment and asked me if they could duplicate mine. I referred my brother and sisters-in-law here. Since they have moved in they have a been hassled to no end but I'm sure he will leave his own review. Trying to find out the owner of this property. If this were my business and my property I would be absolutely disappointed. Unbelievable.
If you see a 4 or 5 Star rating from 2017 be skeptical as they incentivized reviews. You actually got a certain amount taken off rent the following month January 2018 if you posted a positive review. Aside from that the location is great. The rest is meh.
I haven’t even lived here for a year but can already say that this is not a good place to call home. Withing the first month of moving in, my car got broken into and my plumbing had major issues. The apartments look great when you move in but soon after settling in, everything breaks down. Doors don’t shut properly, mold builds up on windows due to improper sealing, and months after my motorcycle was stolen from my parking spot. Drainage was never properly installed so I am currently experiencing a flooded room and a leaking ceiling due to the rainfall amount. Management has been replaced and they are much more professional now than before but constructive and safety wise, these apartments are not at all recommended for a family.
well for starters, when i went to sign my lease, my paperwork wasn't completed (had to wait additional time to fill out information i had already filled out) . After hours of moving in, my unit had no AC . I was told they were going to fix but in the meantime, they installed a portable one that only cooled the living room. My daughter's room along with mine were still burning hot . Mind you this is mid August . Finally they got around to fixing it, but the vent in my daughter's room wasn't working. Things seemed to be handled in a timely manner. Then my washer broke ... and stayed broke for almost two months. I made several calls to management , I never received a call back or any maintenance whatsoever. When that got fixed, my heater went out in December (worst flu season 2017) and i had absolutely no heat in my apartment until the second week in January . This was all after i threatened not to pay my rent. My A/C and shower in master bedroom have not been working since April . Made calls, put in orders with Micaela, Jessica, Lindsey, Byron, and April. Still to this day i have had no repairs with both issues. It's Temecula, blazing hot every single day . My electricity bill is probably sky high because i am forced to leave all my fans on all day just to keep it tolerable in my apartment. As far as pricing goes, they tried to raise my rent without me knowing and refused to take my payments until i contacted their attorney which i never received their information. When i called to retrieve such information so that i could pay, it was two weeks when i called again to still not getting an answer but how much i had to pay . They're terrible . Jessica has a bad attitude and doesn't cater to the tenants as she should. i've witnessed her brush other tenants off with their concerns. I CANNOT wait to move out of this place . Their customer service sucks , their maintenance sucks. I wish whoever decides to rent here, has way better luck than i did. I experienced nothing but pure misery .
My family had lived here for 6 years and it has been awesome. I love it that we have our own washer and dryer. Any concerns are address properly. If there are any repairs needed, Chris and John are there promptly. It's a quiet neighborhood and we love it! My daughter and I have lived at Morning Ridge for several years now. About 3 years ago Cannon Management took over and there have been so many improvements since then. From how tenants are treated in the office to the hard working maintenance personnel. The staff is friendly, courteous and listens to concerns. They are handled efficiently and timely. I'm very pleased to say that I like living at Morning Ridge. I enjoy my neighbors and their dogs (the complex is pet friendly). Currently, several much needed upgrades are being done inside the apartments. If you've toured MR before you might want to come give it another look. Happy apartment hunting!
I have lived at Morning Ridge for 10 years. I am renewing my lease again! Micaela the mgr and Jackie the assistant are great! I thought about moving...I just can't. This is home for me. Both Micaela and Jackie, and our maintenance team make this home. My concerns are handled promptly and professionally. Our team is considerate, prompt, professional and sincere and take care of the residents and our needs. Thank You to our Managers and our maintenance.
