Property Ratings at Morningside on the Green
Ive been here for almost a year now and this is one of the better apartment complexes around Madison. Maintenance is very responsive and on top of things, neighbors are friendly, and it's a great price for the space. There is so much closet space and storage in general - I feel very safe here! Can't say enough good things.
The windows in the apartments are very poorly installed with mold on them. You can hear mice in the walls. Their are ants EVERYWHERE and pest control doesn’t help, they only come once a week and it does nothing. Their are at least 3 police their every single day. You have to have your heat on high 24/7 throughout the winter because of how much air comes through the windows. Just overall a terrible experience. I will NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone. Save yourself the time & stress and LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
We have been living here for nearly 5 years now. These apartment are the best. Great responsive management and maintenance are top notch. super friendly. Take serious action to any complaint. Never ever had any issue living here. One or two time all these years I had parking issue due to non resident parking but they took serious action to it. The community is nice. Majority of them are family based and educated. I highly recommend these apartments then any in Madison. I just wish they had lease terms for 6 months too otherwise we would have stayed here more. Due to nature of my husband job we can’t be bonded with 12 months lease.
Over all have lived here for about 2-3 years. It's a nice place to live I like that it has a washer and dryer in unit and it doesn't feel like an apartment because of the separate entrance. The vaulted ceilings on the second floor make the place seem larger and it's a great unit. Close to everything, MATC, the mall, American Parkway, and it's also on a bus route. Love going on the walking trail near by with the dogs, haven't had any issues with the neighbors. The apartment staff is pretty quick to address any issues that arise and are very flexible.
My boyfriend and I just moved in to our 1 bedroom apartment at Morningside on the Green and we love it! It's the perfect size for the two of us (and our kitty). We have a garage and storage off of our balcony, plus the ample closets and open concept gives it a very spacious feel. The location is great with a lot of shopping very close by and only a 15-ish minute drive downtown. I also really like the private entrance - it gives it a very homey feel.
The perfect building has a bay window to the see the rising sun, landscaping is tended to carefully.
This is a very nice complex. It has the feel like you are in a neighborhood and not in a apartment complex. There is a lot of trees around and so my cats love the birds that roost in the trees. This complex is only a few blocks from the East Towne Mall and it is also on a bus line. This complex has the bike trail that runs through it. You can not here the town noises and this is a peacefully place to live.
This apartment complex is just a few blocks from the East Town Mall here in Madison WI. There is a lot of shopping and restaurants around the mall. This apartment complex even is part of the bike trails that run through Madison and some of the surrounding towns in the area. Even though you are close to the mall, you do not hear the city noise, all you hear is a little bit of the highway noise. When you look out of your windows, you see a lot of trees and grass. You feel like you are in a the country instead of in the city. This complex has a nice pool area, with a space to hold events and there is even a small work out area as well.
I have lived here for 3 years, my first apartment ever so I was hesitant. Property is well maintain. Workers are friendly, do a great job and know their jobs. It has a pool, exercise room, have your private entry door and a garage. I was in an accident in March, although I am limited in getting around, they save my mail and bring it to my car when I go to the office. Was not expecting anything like that. Just wish I could move the complex to a beach.....say Florida. No place I wanna be at the moment. Even the children are ok. Not wild and crazy like some.
