Maintenance good, Manager not helpful at all, she dosen't like it when you ask for help, she tells you come back when someone else is in the office. Park is across street but people are lazy to bring their kids there and sit outside all night, kids yelling, talking loudly, when you drive by they don't move from the street, can't wait to move out from this place !!!!
Very cheap apartments, amenities out of service for two years +. Constant haggling with yearly rent increase for such a poorly run complex. Private mailboxes are broken into constantly. Gym is always closed/out of service, pool been closed for 2 years +. You can never get ahold of anyone at Olen corporate, they do their very best to keep it at property level which allows them to do whatever they want. Forced trash valet on top of trash service. Very poorly run and the unit you live in is sub par, oak cabinets and cheap appliances from lowes or home depot online. The phots you see are faux counter tops to look like granite or marble and oak painted cabinets with linoleum roll down flooring. Don't waste your time here... plenty of new apartments elsewhere and close by.
Terrible Value. The apartment I was given was in very poor condition including holes in the wall, and a ripped floor. They came and super glued the floor down and then charged me for it when I moved out purporting that I caused the damage. They charge $20 for a required Trash Valet service despite me living 25 feet from the garbage, I never used it once but had to pay for it. The first chance they got they closed all amenities down blaming COVID despite every other complex in Vegas being open for their amenities. Then as soon as the pool opened they closed it for maintenance. Absolutely horrid pricing, $300-400 more per month than much nicer properties in the area. Don't be fooled by the location, find a better place to stay. The management is great, but the owner is clearly incompetent at running a customer experience based operation. MANY MUCH BETTER OPTIONS IN THE AREA.
Perfect location! Just down the street from Downtown Summerlin and right off the 215. The apartment is spacious with lots of windows. Has a direct access oversized one car garage that makes grocery shopping easy. Office staff is always pleasant and helpful when we've had an questions. Overall it's a great complex to live in.
