Though Boise is home to over 200,000 residents, the city still feels like one of the country’s best-kept secrets. As the state capital of Idaho, Boise’s downtown district is filled with grandiose government buildings and historic storefronts, offering an eclectic mix of international restaurants, specialty shops, and entertainment venues. This city features a thriving arts scene with local gems like the Boise Art Museum, the museum’s seasonal Art in the Park festival, and the historic Egyptian Theatre.
This city features an array of excitement, but it’s also a relaxing suburbia that’s perfect for families. Excellent public schools and Boise State University call this capital city home, along with kid-friendly fun like the Zoo Boise and the Discovery Center of Idaho.

Property Ratings at Morris Hill Townhomes
They never answer the phone have called two months in a row left several messages never heard back.
Moved here in December was ok at first then the toilets started sinking in to the floor stans in carpet stair railing falling apart mold in all the windows kitchen and bathroom floor coming up and worst of all they're only kicking me out because they're trying to blame me for all of this even though I have video of everything from the first day I moved in
The downstairs of the two bedroom townhouse is very spacious and the flow from the living room to the kitchen is very nice and open. Appliances are fairly new, depending on the unit you are in. Tons of cabinets, though no pantry. Going upstairs, both rooms are fairly spacious. The bathroom has a few newer features in it. However, the fan in the bathroom is extremely loud and doesn't do much good. Overall you can tell that the apartment is old with plenty of cosmetic issues (i.e. scrapes on floor, holes in walls, etc.). The outside of the place also looks fairly old with cobwebs sprawling about the buildings. The property management isn't very helpful and rarely answer the phone. Though it has gotten better over the past year. All in all the place is decent enough to live in for the price. The location definitely makes it a whole lot better.
So this place is in a kind of shady part of the Boise bench area, but it's a great location. It worked out well for me as a working college kid. It's a minute and a half from the freeway and smack dab right in the midpoint between Boise State and the Boise Town Square. It's a solid five minutes to downtown with a little traffic but most of the time you can get there in less. The apartment itself is alright. The stairs creak, the walls are thin, there is no upstairs airconditioning, and there is little to no storage space. On the upside, it has free cable and all you have to pay for is electric outside of rent every month. It includes a washer and dryer, but the door to each individual unit's laundry room is outside. Rent is very reasonable for a three bedroom split between three people, but the price jumps about a hundred each if you want a two bedroom. The management is almost uncontactable, but if you leave them a message or drop a note into the office box and you have something that needs fixed, they'll send someone out asap. Landscaping its done by hired men so you don't have to worry about yard work! There is a small play area for children with a swingset and slide, and plenty of grassy area to picnic or play catch with your dog. Another thing: it's pet friendly and a one time pet fee! No monthly pet rent, yay! There is also a mostly empty parking lot and no limit on parking. Overall, I liked living here.
