Property Ratings at Morrison
Don't move here if a laundry facility is important to you! It's enough to make me hate living here sometimes. I am a senior citizen without a vehicle. I am unable to have a washer and dryer in my apartment, so I need the laundry room. Too bad it hasn't been fully functional in over 3 years! This is ridiculous. Someone broke or stole the machine we used to load money onto our laundry cards in 2020 and they have yet to replace it. They order preloaded cards and we have to go to the office and get them. BUT they NEVER have cards available to purchase, and they close the office early and at random times of the day, so good luck getting home from work in time to catch the office open IF they have cards. They haven't had any for at least 6 weeks this time. Residents' laundry is piling up in the meantime. THE SADDEST PART IS, WE ARE ALL WAITING TO USE THE ONE AND ONLY DRYER THAT WORKS!!! This is pitiful and pathetic. Only 2 washing machines work anyway. There are supposed to be 4 washers and 4 dryers. They do not care about us. They keep saying that a "tech" came and all the machines are working. They need to find a tech that will quit lying, cuz we got 1 dryer and 2 washers. Why do they treat us like this? I need clean clothes for work, clean towels and clean bedding. I am old, I have arthritis, and I can't even wring my hand-washed clothes without hurting my hands even more. This is depressing. Morgan Properties bought this place a couple of years ago. They have put on a new roof, exterior paint and lighting fixtures, parking lot repairs, and built a mini dog park. They even put new treadmills and elliptical machines in the workout room, BUT YOU HAVE TO WALK THROUGH THE SORRY LAUNDRY ROOM TO GET TO THERE. They even had the nerve to repaint and redecorate the sham of a laundry facility. All these improvements just add more insult to the neglect of us residents needing to do our laundry. I'm sick of it! We get emails from the office telling us they are aware of the laundry card situation, so basically, "Quit calling us and asking all the time." Wow. I shouldn't have to call someone to help me take 10 loads (2months) of laundry to a laundromat when I'm supposed to have one here, where I pay my rent on time, without fail. I'm too old for this!!! I should also mention the young people I've seen in there smoking weed. Since we can't do our laundry anyways, I guess this works out perfectly for them. This is beyond disrespectfully insulting. Thanks a lot.

The staff is extremely unprofessional! Make sure you read your paperwork! Get copies of everything! Read all the bad reviews, they are true! The good ones may be true but they do not outweigh the issues, why would you want to stress when you go home. Grand Seasons is one of the premier locations in Dallas for renting. It has everything you need and more. Luxurious apartments with vaulted ceilings and exceptional views. The office staff is professional and eager to help from move in to move out. Maintenance is always here to assist with issues and anything that may pop up. The grounds are so beautiful and quiet. Kids play but its not out of hand like other places. Location puts us right next to everything you need Highly recommended
I moved in to Grand Seasons last July, and I cannot believe how amazing the complex is. Coni (the leasing manager) will go out of her way to help you find your new unit and feel at home. The staff is AMAZING and I have never, ever lived anywhere else where the maintenance staff is so helpful! Work orders are taken care of same day (for emergencies) and even low priority work orders will get taken care of within three days. I have never felt more at home in an apartment complex than I do here. The grounds are always kept clean and the complex is tiny so you always feel a sense of safety! The updated units are beautiful and I have never, ever had a bug problem. There is so much shopping nearby, but you don't feel as if you are living in a city because the complex is tucked away and backs into a wooded area. They also have quarterly safety meetings with fun drawings and free pizza! I cannot say enough good things about this complex. Thank you Grand Seasons for an amazing housing experience :) You have my 100% satisfaction!
