I have had a great experience at Morrison. The amenities are great, along with the monthly events. First parking is not the greatest, but understandable and I wish the outside and inside noise was much lower.

I’ve had a fantastic residential experience so far at Morris Yard. The community is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and upscale atmosphere. The staff members are always friendly and helpful, making sure that issues or maintenance requests are promptly addressed. The amenities at Morris Yard are top-notch, with a modern gym, swimming pool, and several community lounges offering plenty of opportunities for relaxation and socialization. I also appreciate the convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and night life. My apartment is spacious, modern, and well-equipped with high-quality appliances and finishes. The layout is functional and efficient, making it a comfortable place to call home. Plus, my view of the bridge, Cooper River, and Charleston Harbor isn’t too shabby either! Overall, I highly recommend Morris Yard to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable residential experience.

So far we are loving the Morrison Yards! The cleanliness is unmatched and it always smells good! Amenities are great, waiting for it to get warm to take advantage of the beautiful pool. The parking is not ideal as if the General lot is full you have to park in the overflow lot across the street, but for $25 parking/month it is worth it.

Excellent location convenient to DT, MP, I-26, and the neck. Reserved parking (available) and plenty of amenities! I feel like I can be just about anywhere in @10 minutes! (Plus I hear we might get a Golden Tee!)

Everyone was very informative, communicative and helpful and in the leasing process. Sydney was especially attentive in finding the perfect unit. Move~in went smoothly but the unit was very dirty, pretty sure it hadn’t been cleaned.

Convenient for work and entertainment. Easy access from primary roads. Minimal exterior noise from traffic or rail yard. Recommend securing a parking space on p2 for less stress. Makes it very simple to come and go.

Relocating into the Charleston, SC area. The Leasing office team was excellent and so on top of the residence process in every capacity. We looked at close to 14 different properties. All offering so many options it became so daunting and overwhelming. Hands down, Morrison Yard was very straight forward and forth right- the fit for our next residence to move into was a no brainer and plan to stay at the Morrison a long time.

Started off great but the issues slowly showed themselves. Parking has been an absolute nightmare. Having to resign our lease/pay double the price of what we were paying just to guarantee garage parking is ridiculous. Fully being taken advantage of at this point. There are some good qualities to this apartment but unfortunately the parking situation, already expensive rent, and being forced into paying even more for parking has completely clouded my opinions on this community and I will not be resigning a lease. I will not be recommending this community to any peers.

Security Concerns: There have been instances of individuals behaving suspiciously in the garage area, the gates are constantly broken & anyone can get in compromising resident security by peering into vehicles. Parking and Access Control: Persistent challenges with parking availability have been exacerbated. There is absolutely no parking after 8 pm. I do not feel safe walking from across the street when I was promised parking available in house. Package Management: I have experienced multiple incidents where packages I ordered have gone missing. There are also packages outside the package room and mail room just everywhere honestly. Property Damage: Recently, my vehicle sustained damage to its side mirror, likely due to proximity to another vehicle in the parking garage. Unfulfilled Commitments: Despite initial assurances, essential amenities such as retail spaces and the pedestrian walkway to the bridge remain incomplete, significantly impacting the promised living experience.

Top notch amenities and community events. Very dog friendly including a state of the art dog park. Great staff and common spaces. Only thing holding it back from 5 stars is lack of places within walking distance.
Easy process, friendly staff and flexible with time and helping. Being so busy it helps a lot. The community is gorgeous and it looks like its being kept up well.

It’s been excellent! The only downside is the package room. I had packages delivered the day before i moved in so i would have it ready. Because i wast yet registered i had no idea where the packages were in the room. It took me several days and going through every package to find one in particular that was very valuable.
Wonderful environment for me and my daughter. So much to do here with the pool , activity area and gym etc. Also, it’s quiet and established I don’t have any noise complaints or anything. I love it here!
Moving from out of state was a breeze - Sydney provided me with photos of multiple units in an effort to help me determine which unit I wanted, and the building was even more gorgeous that the photos showed. Every staff and resident interaction has been extremely helpful - a beautiful community!
Love my place and the community is great! So many amenities! I had a little issue when trying to get information on the apartments from another state - sent emails and contact form online until finally I called to get someone and they were helpful from there ( although never sent requested videos ) They have been helpful since I’ve moved in though ! I think we need more trash cans and def more dog trash cans / doggie bag stations around the community- specifically on the main level near the leasing center and grassy areas

I just recently moved in (Friday). All things considered, I am extremely pleased with the move-in process and the eagerness of the leasing staff to assist. I literally love my new residence and could be more pleased with my decision to move into Morrison Yard. Thank you to everyone.
I love living here at Morrison yard. This property is by far the best place I have ever lived at. Everyday I am just more impressed by this community and the pride people take in living here.
The building has everything you need. The amenities are top tier, and the building itself is clean, bright and welcoming. I can’t wait to see what this year brings with the building.

Staff are quick to respond to my maintenance request. Every time they called they were polite. I will say the Hello Package room did not find one of my packages that was in there for a whole month because I was never notified and could not find it. But great experience so far.
