Morrow, Georgia is a convenient suburb for commuters, with a short travel distance of only 15 miles to Atlanta. Morrow houses part of the Reynolds Nature Preserve and Big Pond. Take advantage of the wildlife viewing opportunities on the rolling hills, forests, and wetlands. Morrow also surrounds the north end of Lake Louise.
Clayton State University lies on the eastern border of town and is a great place for educational growth. On the south end of town, you’ll want to visit Southlake Mall for all of the major department stores. Morrow has very affordable apartments with great amenities all over the city. just make sure you look into the townhomes really well
I have lived 6/7 years and never been a problem .. some of these have bugs/roaches and cabins are old , out dated , the carpet need to be replace every 4/5 years which I got for living room but the upstairs need to be replace . The front door is weak cuz when it rains water gets thru the front door !!! It’s quite around here usually . The office really don’t answer the phone at all . Have to call them quite few times to get thru them . I miss the old managements ms Rhonda and mr Anthony !! They was on point with all the changes and great communication!!!!

They need to hire someone
I have been calling for about a week and no one is answering the phone. You would think they would seeing as how they need more tenants but no they literally just don’t pick up the phone and Saturday they were suppose to be open from 10-4 but no one was there all day

unorganized
I applied on the company website. I received everything but what my deposit was. I went through their entire process. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called, the manager gave me the run around twice. I finally got in touch with him again he said I had to pay the fee that was waived for my app fee. I said excuse me, he said you have to come in and fill out an application. He said they do not use the website. Unorganized

Bad upkeep, high prices
They keep going up on their rent, but haven't even done any upgrades to the one bedroom apartments. They are falling apart. The appliances are outdated. The bathroom sinks leak. They patch up "repairs" and do not fix them. The foundation is awful. With all the leaks, they could be a huge issue of mold in hidden areas such as the roof, flooring, etc.
