Have not had hot water for a week now. This has been a repeated issue the 3 years I’ve lived here. All you will get from the revolving door of office managers is excuses. I’ve had a joke in my ceiling since July. The property is dirty. Dumpsters get left over a week without pick up. Tenants throw their trash on the ground and do not clean up after theirselves. Drug dealers live here. This is the worst apt I’ve ever lived in. I wouldn’t live here for free.

Haven't had hot water in 5 weeks. They hire the same person to "fix" the issue. Everytime they "fix" the problem, they end up breaking something else. Staff ignores complaints and is unprofessional.

No hot water for over 14 days. Our ceiling collapsed and it took them almost a month to fix it. Plus we had mice and they put off calling pest control to rework the contract they had with the pest control company. Leaving us with a mouse problem for over two months. This apartment cares more about money then anything else and living here is a never ending nightmare

This place is awful I have never in my lane had so many issues with an apartment. I’ve lived here for months and my ac had been broken the whole time. I’ve put in tons of requests to fix it and went to the office on multiple occasions and still nothing. If that wasn’t enough I now can’t cook or sleep it’s a nightmare. The new management just keeps saying it’ll get fixed and look at me like go away. I’m over it at this point I just bought a window unit no matter how much I hate them. Don’t expect anything to get done and I’ve been through multiple websites to pay rent and make repair requests and still nothing. So if you like no ac, trash piled up everywhere and roaches then this is your place.

Loved the tour and the management is excellent. The move-in process was smooth.

I do not recommend singing a lease here. I was planning to sign a lease but did not because of the poor management. I made a change to the lease contract and asked them to make the changes. However, they kept forgetting to make the changes and sent me a lease contract with incorrect information. I called them 6 times over the course of 10 days to get the corrected lease contract but was not able to do so. I even talked to the manager but was not able to receive the corrected lease contract. The poor service and unresponsiveness of the management is the only reason why I decided not to sign here.

My unit wasn’t ready at all for move in (clean it fixed). And it wasn’t the unit originally promised to us. Then we were not told about a parking permit, so they towed my car with absolutely no warning. Before I left after two months, they left an even toon notice in my door saying my rent was late and I had 3 days to leave when in reality my rent was not late at all. So I left and they never evicted me so I will never come here again and I hope no one else does either.

The parking is the worst, there is never parking but perhaps it's due to the many unregistered sketchy broke down cars having this place looking like a salvage yard! Apparently there are no back round check neither there are drug dealers that live here and to be honest I am sick of the feds and marshals yelling for the drug dealer next door to open his door or they will bust it in. Renter be aware.

I have been here since October & moved from Ca. Its been a hassle since day one. No hot water for the first month then when i asked about it they told me hot water was a commodity that it wasn't a requirement. When i moved in the door was the wrong size so you could see the outside from the inside. There was literally space to be able to stick your fingers through from the outside as well. I asked that this be fixed, no one would come fix it. My husband finally asked maintenance about the door & they came and fixed it. It took approximately 2 months for this to be done. About a month and a half ago i started hearing scratches & digging in the wall. I asked maintenance to check it out no response & the lady in the office laughed at me like i was crazy. Maintenance finally comes two weeks later & cuts a hole in the wall to reveal a nest behind the wall. Do you think they had pest control come try to get it out. No they did not instead they sealed the wall back up & pest control then came out & placed two sticky pads in the kitchen. The rodents in the wall were in the bedroom! The move in special is what caught my eye but take your money elsewhere if you would like the basic necessities in your apartment. I am not hard to please & just do not want to live with rodents in the wall.

Love living here, I am a nurse and it is walking distance from my job. The staff is very sweet and pet friendly community. My pup and I love love it here. I really wish we can get a bench in the dog park though.

I moved here because I was in a bad area, but I’d go back to that apartment any time versus being here. First of all, they don’t care about their tenets and will tow your car if you’re not parking straight or if you’re out of the lines. I LOST MY JOB because I wasn’t parked straight. How do they expect tenets to pay rent when they’re towing their transportation to work for not being straight ???? this is HORRIBLE! They enforce these rules and towing but “can’t do anything about it”. I’d rather be on the street than living here and I can’t wait till my lease is over so I can leave. They almost made me believe that this was a good apartment complex but don’t do it, you can’t even have company over because if they’re not parked in the 5 visitor parking spots available for the WHOLE complex then they get TOWED GUARANTEED! I’ve had two friends get towed and I’ve gotten towed twice. I hate living here and can’t wait to leave

I recently moved in to this apartment. Everything went so normally until I paid them the deposit and rent. When I entered my apartment, what I saw was new appliances not fitted and they were lying in boxes in the living room blocking my way. I called them and asked them to send someone to fit it. When I came from work, what I saw was they fitted the refrigerator but they took the old cooking range and never fitted the new one. Now, I cannot cook. In this hot summer, I am unable to turn on the a/c because the vent is leaking. I gave an online maintenance request but it is still not taken care off. What a bad management it is.

They don’t answer the phones. I don’t have time to go in. I’ve called numerous times on their regular phone line and through this app.

Karya (the new management company) has taken over this property and everything is much better than when I started here. The staff, manager, payment system, maintenance, everything. I couldn't be happier with the transition. Highly recommend living here especially with all the new upgrades and such also being done at this location.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Mice, roaches. I had some animal in my bedroom wall since December 31, 2017 and reported it over 10 times and nothing ever got done. My AC has gone out four times was just this past week and still broken. Gone through four Different owners three different management. Just have a new owner and new management and had introduced myself three times to the new management she didn’t remember me and I told her about the animal in the wall still nothing. The grossest part is that I had mice in my apartment and apparently the whole building was infested .My neighbor moved out &left her three pit bulls the dogs barked and barked for over a month I told the old and the current management nobody ever went and checked on the dogs. Trash everywhere. I have pictures how gross this place is. This apartment was the worst experience of my life and I’ve lived in many apartments .DO NOT RENT HERE

April 16, 2017. Day 3 with no hot water. Our front door is barely hanging onto the hinges. The facing of the die separated, and we're still waiting on the apt to get a new door up for our safety. We see drug deals all the time here. Winter is horrible and rude. Don't expect results from her.

Currently renting here. I have had problems since the first day I got the keys to this place. I will comment that the front desk people are very kind, but that's all for show. They will smile and tell you whatever they think you want to hear just to get you trapped here. Then when you sign your name on the lease, they could care less about any of your needs or requests. Since day one, I have had maintenance issues that have still not been addressed. I, and every other poor unfortunate resident here have been suffering for the past MONTH with NO HOT water! The front desk keeps giving us all the run around about them "dealing and scheduling" all the maintenance issues, but that's just to rush you out of the office or phone. I swear we will not be renting here another year, or recommending this place to anyone! STAY AWAY!
