Level & Mosaic are adjacent to each other in the Deep Deuce area of Oklahoma City. This area features nearby restaurants, a dog park, bars, coffee shops, etc. as well as being within walking distance of Bricktown. All units feature a full-size washer & dryer in unit, granite countertops, a neutral color palette, patio/balcony, full bathrooms complete with tub & spacious walk-through closets. Included in your rent is one parking space for one bed units & two for two bed units in our gated-access parking garages for residents only. There is a flat fee of $24/month per tenant for water/trash/sewer & tenant pays for electricity as well as any desired cable or internet services. The property does have a full-size pool, 24 hour fitness center, gas grills, and a gathering space for residents that we allow to be rented out.

Property Ratings at Mosaic
Would give zero stars if possible. This is my daughter’s first apartment, and I am co-signer. The air conditioning was inoperative and the thermostat didn’t have batteries. The oven was filthy and the light was broken. There was no HVAC filter. Areas in the bathroom and entry were dirty. It was obvious that no one in management or maintenance inspected the apartment before she moved in. And to top it off, the management office closed shop about an hour before its posted office hours said it should close. The emergency maintenance number was old/inoperative. Avoid this complex.

We hope after communicating with you this morning, you feel we are taking care of you efficiently & fairly. As maintenance items may arise or we miss an item, we will always make it right. We will continue to do so throughout your duration with us! We do appreciate your feedback & your understanding!
