Building are clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Resident parking not an issue and staff is efficient with any changes that need to be made.
Maintenance is so quick and the leasing office staff is TOP NOTCH!! You can tell they really care about the residents and have made it such an amazing living experience.
Everything is great. Leasing office ladies do a wonderful job. The maintenance crew responds incredibly fast and always fixes the problems you have.
The only problem I have is the trash service. This is the second time I put it out and it has not come. I am not sure if I am putting it out at the wrong time. But I put it out on a Thursday before 6pm and it has not been emptied.
The leasing office employees are nothing short of magnificent! So far I’m enjoying my residence at the mosaic. Great location for young professionals looking for an area with everything you can need!

I have no complaints. It’s easily in one of the best areas in Charlotte. Everything is clean and the amenities are great. The sky bridge makes it easy to move between my building and the parking garage. Everything is close by and easy access.

Loud area sometimes especially when they are doing trash. I have a corner lot so I get woken up when they are moving the trash cans and parking is a pain.

Mosaic was the best choice for me personally. I looked everywhere in South End, and the age of the complex brought the character I was looking for. The staff is SOOO friendly, and answered all of my questions with knowledge. The location is supreme, with it being right on the light rail and a five minute walk from Uptown. Very happy with my decision, and I would recommend to anyone moving to this area.

I just moved into Mosaic a couple weeks ago and it has been BY FAR the best experience I have had moving into a new apartment. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and any maintenance requests/emails are answered in a timely manner. My 2 bedroom is super spacious with 2 full baths and closets, an island, and a huge balcony. This complex is also in a prime location as it is right next to the Bland Street light rail station and walking distance from any bars/restaurants in the heart of South End. We are very happy with our decision!

I’ve been here at the mosaic going on 4yrs now it has been a pleasure to live here! I love everything about my place. The staff down in the office is Great! I have to give Big Huge S/O to Lauren! Down in the office she really makes situations seem very small very patients always there to help and also a few laughs when I’m passing through since I’ve been here the staff has always been A1 going all the way back to my first tour with Danny! With price of apartment going up these days and becoming very expensive they have been fair and worked with me on the pricing the best they could If I was able to buy my unit I really would! Love the location it’s great for hosting! maintenance is always on it! Also friendly as well! If I had one bad flaw or maybe a suggestion to make this place that much more better would be make the Pool Heated! That would bring more people to the pool! And make it that much more better!

I have been a resident at Mosaic South End for 2.5 years and my experience has been positive. I really enjoy being located in the heart of one of the best areas in Charlotte and the overall value Mosaic South End offers. The leasing office team and the property maintenance team are friendly, responsive, and punctual. In particular, the assistant manager, Lauren, has made my experience memorable through her kindness, attentiveness, and authenticity. For example, there was a minor issue with my A/C unit recently and Lauren made the maintenance team aware. The next day they checked it out and determined it needed to be replaced. Three days later I had a brand new A/C unit, all because I mentioned this in passing to her. Thank you Mosaic South End team and Lauren for your resident-centric mindset. We appreciate you taking care of us.

I have now officially been at Mosaic for over a year and some change and my decision to stay could not have been easier! I love it! The office staff are kind, responsive, and always willing to help! Lauren in particular is a phenomenal asst. community manager here, and she has gone above and beyond to assist me when needed. Lauren is always available and willing to help out and making living here an awesome experience which I am continuously appreciative of. They plan super fun events for residents, and there is always something to do!!! It’s the most positive apartment complex experience I’ve ever had! The amenities are always clean and in excellent condition, and I never have issues parking. My apartment is spacious, and I very very rarely hear any of my neighbors, and if I do, it’s usually on a weekend and before midnight, so it’s not a problem. I am always impressed by the quick response, professionalism, and competency of the maintenance team! They always treat my space with respect and handle every issue with efficiency, care, and excellent work!!!! Lauren, and the staff at Mosaic truly make the community here feel like a family, and I am excited for the next year! Overall, 12 out of 10 would recommend!

First of all, my fav thing about it is the lobby. I come down daily to grab a coffee and have a quick chat with Toriano, Kianna, or both of them. They're both super helpful and I'm happy to have somebody to talk with if I have any questions or need any help etc. which is might do a bit more often, as I'm from Europe, so I'm new to the US :) Really loving the vibe and events they organize ??

Overall one of the best apartments in southend. The location is great, just a few blocks away from uptown while still being in the heart of Southend. I was thrust into a last minute change in housing plans due to some health issues plaguing a loved one. Fortunately, I was able to acquire novation on a unit with sweetheart pricing at Mosaic. From application to signing, the process was smooth due to Lauren’s thoughtful and transparent nature. Since moving in, I've found the staff to be more akin to friends than leasing agents; whether it be giving my pup the lovens, playful banter, thoughtful conversation, or just stopping in to grab a cup of coffee on my way, the Mosaic leasing team has been nothing short of incredible. I loved this community and location. The office staff was super friendly and inviting!! the person who showed me around was extremely helpful and even personable. Right after the tour, they recommended some places for lunch. We tried out Rhino Market which is very conveniently across the street, and LOVED it. Not making a decision for a few months but Mosaic is top of my list for sure!
This is a great place to live..!! It is very close to uptown and rail trail. Leasing office staff is very friendly.

I have been at Mosaic for a couple of months now, and I love it. The office staff are kind, responsive, and always willing to help! They plan super fun events for residents, and there is always something to do!!! Its the most positive apartment complex experience Ive ever had! The amenities are always clean and in excellent condition, and I never have issues parking. My apartment is spacious, and I very very rarely hear any of my neighbors. I am always impressed by the quick response, professionalism, and competency of the maintenance team! They always treat my space with respect and handle every issue with efficiency, care, and excellent work!!!! Overall, 12 out of 10 would recommend!

My wife and I are moving to Charlotte in the near future, and one of the apartment complexes we were keen on seeing was Mosaic in South End. Although perfectly situated, the complex itself is a bit of a rabbit-warren and resembles nothing more than a turn of the century prison, with miniscule courtyards surrounded by apartments on all sides. To be fair, this is unavoidable given the location and footprint. The floorplans were excellent, and the overall feel was of a clean and convenient complex. So why didn't we choose Mosaic, indeed why didn't we even finish our tour of the site? Well, now for the downside. The staff and management. The straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that, in an area which is clearly marked as 'masks must be worn,' we passed at least six residents who were without masks, and the member of staff who was showing us around (and whose own mask was such a poor fit that it was falling off her nose every few seconds) said nothing to them. In a state which is seeing well over 6k new cases per day, this laissez faire attitude beggars belief, and notwithstanding the individual's lack of professionalism and courtesy (my advice to her is "You're not going to sell to everyone, and the sooner you realize that, the better salesperson you'll be"), something needs to be done. On our apartment-hunting trip to Charlotte, this was quite literally the only location to have such a lax attitude toward COVID, and the inescapable fact is that if their stance is one of not caring less when it really matters, one has to wonder what it is the rest of the time. As I said, if floorplans and convenience are the deciding factors, and you can live with their outlook, knock yourself out. For the vast majority to whom things like health and safety actually matter, look somewhere else for a more professional and caring view of customers' well-being. Finally, to the management of Mosaic apartments, take a long hard look in the mirror, and perhaps give your staff some much-needed training. And really - how much does it cost to put up a few more 'Masks must be worn at all times' notices?

Mosaic apartments are truly a gem of south end! I stumbled upon them accidentally after searching for a place moving from Chicago. The apartment itself has large windows with natural light shining through, high ceilings and updated appliances, as well as balcony and patio options. Courtyard to grill and a pool to relax at! Prime location - walking distance to bars, restaurants, light rail and even to a lot of offices uptown. Pet friendly ?? The staff is always super helpful and responsive, ask for Mallory in the leasing office - you will love living here ??

This apartment complex is in such a great location! There is so much to do in the surrounding areas, the residents are friendly, & it’s right on the light rail. It was very exciting to move in & I’m loving it so far! Mallory was such a great help throughout the entire process, very willing to answer any questions!

Mosaic is an okay apartment complex but it is by no means a “nice” apartment complex, especially compared to the hundreds of other places you can rent in the area. It’s worth noting while living here we were spammed frequently with emails telling residents to write reviews in exchange for a chance to win a prize like an Apple Watch. Obviously anyone writing to win would write a nice review, which has MAJORLY skewed their ratings on various websites such as this one. You can even look and see most where written at the same time period. Overall this place is okay, but I would view it as a budget apartment complex. The units are dated, the building is poorly designed and the amenities are not very good.

I've lived at the Mosaic for more than four years, which seems like a long time to live in the same apartment! It's quiet, and I love the location in South End. The maintenance staff is really quick to respond. The only downsides- parking isn't great for having guests over (but they have made some improvements)--- and for being one of the oldest complexes in the area with less amenities...you would think it would be more affordable. Overall, Mosaic has been a great place to live!

I highly recommend living here! I sometimes have to go to Uptown for work, and being able to walk there instead of having to deal with traffic is awesome. Also, the size of the apartments plus the price and location is unbeatable! The staff have also been very friendly and accommodating as well. As someone that toured just about every apartment in South End, this one is by far the best!

What a lifestyle! You can’t beat living at Mosaic... walking to work in uptown or visiting the various restaurants and breweries in the vicinity makes this the best location in south end. The office staff and maintenance crew are fantastic. Unbeatable value.
