Property Ratings at Mosby Bridge Street
I’m not sure where to even start. I just want to let you guys know that the property and assistant managers are rude. They are “short staffed.” Came in with the nicest attitude wanting to lease an apartment and had questions because I work from home. I just wanted to find the right floor plan. I was turned away because the assistant manager was doing a report. After the tour they sent me prices. The next day I had a few more questions and they resent everything again with changed prices. I could understand if my dates changed but they didn’t. Overall, they’re better places to live.
After finding our car towed I cannot get anyone on the phone, the office must just be empty. They’re really easy to reach until you need something other than leasing information. Like where tf is my car, yall said to park parallel to the office. 330$ cash to get it back now. Also, all summer you’ve had broken AC in my friends unit, it’s Alabama and the rent here is too high for that bs. get it together
i move into my apt in october. the team has been very helpful especially with the delays, which i get. always keep us updated and aware of what is happening. We are very excited!
the guys are so quick and responsive. very friendly and always willing to help. the office team are veryy sweet and always saying hi when i walk my dog by the office.
You will NOT be able to move-in on your given date. I've been strung along by this complex for almost 3 months due to failed inspection after failed inspection, and now they tell me that I won't be able to move in until June. Construction and management obviously have no idea what they're doing. Find somewhere else!
