NOT LUXURY This use to be a nice /well-kept property with great neighbors. In the last year this has all changed. Amenities do not work pool closes randomly no notice Grounds not kept up / Smoke free property no enforced
I highly recommend Mosby Poinsett. I have lived here the past year while attending graduate school at Furman University and loved the beautiful grounds with a view of Paris Mountain, upgraded apartment, and amenity center. Additionally, I have experienced wonderful customer service from the maintenance and overall staff. I would like to especially shoutout Susan Smits who has went above and beyond for me this year, especially throughout the COVID crisis. She always responded quickly, in the friendliest tone, and ensured all my questions were met. For all of these above reasons, if you are looking for an apartment complex in Greenville, I would strongly encourage you to tour Mosby Poinsett!
Reason to recommend - mountain views and updated apartments. Reasons to not recommend - the lack of sound proofing in the floors and a few irresponsible pet owners.
High quality apartments a bit on the expensive side even compared to Asheville which is very costly. The rent here is comparable to biltmore parks apartments which rent at about $75 more per month but when listed for sale, go for 400k and up.
I recommend it because the apartments are beautiful, spacious, offer comfort, safety and excellent lifestyle, also has beautiful and comfortable social areas that make this place a wonderful home for the family. We are happy here!
I truly enjoy my apartment, it is beautiful, clean and fresh. The amenities are wonderful. I feel safe with the well lite area. I tell everyone how happy I am to be here.
I do like my apartment, but it is incredibly frustrating to park so far away all the time.
Nice community but you can tell the apartments were built quickly and the craftsman ship was lacking at times. The closets are huge which is great but I would have preferred the extra bedroom space. Also, being in a basement apartments it would have been nice to know ahead of time my living room view would be looking at two huge hvac systems
If rent is a bit steep for the sizes of the apartments. Parking is horrid.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for over a year now and highly recommend it all the time.
This is a great community. We absolutely love how friendly the staff is and how dog-friendly the community is. The walls are very thin though, so that's very annoying to live with hearing other people.
Maintenance is not an issue of why we will not be recommending anyone to live here. I am rating a 10 solely because it asks based on this one interaction. The community and the people corporate are allowing in, the lack of communication from the community managers, current and past, for example a new resident (1 month) had to ask today where the mailboxes were and how the trash pick up worked because it wasn?t communicated, and the complete lack of disregard to current residents are the issues. Corporate is more concerned about filling apartments than keeping residents who are paying happy. I would rate a 3 only because I like a majority of my neighbors and 2 of the office staff and maintenance crew is helpful. This apartment is not a Class A Complex like stated in our visit.
I would definately reccomend this community to family, friends and clients. It is beautiful,clean,and everything is modern and new. The staff is always super friendly and accomodating.The workout room and pool are clean and gorgeous, and there is a bike room for my bike which is really convenient- no huffing it up and down stairs! 5 stars all around.
I recommend this community to people frequently because of the friendly staff, awesome views, and great location.
We liked the feel of the community and the amenities offered. We also liked the location and close proximity to the downtown.
This place is beautiful. Everyday feels like I am waking up at a resort. So far, everything has been peaceful.
Sidewalks for walking, lots of windows, inexpensive to heat and cool, nice private porch, easy to keep clean, dog friendly.
The environment from the construction of the buildings to the professionalism in the office exceeded what I thought I could receive.
I would recommend this property for many reasons: new, clean, pleasant staff, nice amenities (could use one large green space though), excellent location. But we will not be renting here because we found a home nearby to rent for 1500/month and it has a nice yard. With four kids, we can't really turn down a home with a nice yard.
We loved the apartments. We felt they were a little high in cost. However we needed a 3 bedroom and they were not ready. We could not wait until October.

Comparing to other apartments, the rent seems to be higher than the square footage offered but things have changed as I have owned a home for 16 years and I just learned that apartments are getting away from dining areas and using Bars or kitchen islands as the table. Some apartments are actually charging a garbage disposal fee monthly which is absurd. You all have the views hands down, beautiful setup for the club house, gym, etc. Staff was very accommodating, understanding and friendly which makes it easier because of the high stress involved when your selling a home and moving. The special that you offer really helps in getting you over that hump during the transition period of moving which may explain the higher rent. Thanks!
