A beautiful complex with large, quiet apartments with much light. Excellent staff. 2 outdoor relaxing areas and multiple indoor gathering rooms.
Best place for young and family always count on the Management team. Very clean in and out of the building.
Great location and great maintenance staff. I?ve been living here for 5 years without a problem.
Basic building with consistent issues to either the garage gate, or the main door on the side near the park. Elevators consistently go out. Rent hikes!

Maintenance issue gets resolves fast and timely. The building is very Clean. The office staff and concierge are very helpful and friendly. They Gym is very clean. But the Rent price is expensive for a one bedroom.

Mosso is clean and convenient to live. It is close to everything like Banks,public transport and shopping centers.it has 24 hours security service.

Mosso staff are amazing, from leasing to concierge to maintenance. The community is always clean, quiet, and seems very safe. We've been here since December 2019 and Mosso to be a great place to live.
So many choices in unit floor plans, a middle of it all location, friendly attentive staff, clean and well cared for common areas and green spaces. What more can you ask for in a place to call home?

The quality of the finishings in the apartment are not the best quality. There is a fire station across the street which makes a lot of noise and I actually complained and the Firemen told me the building was aware they had to put soundproof windows and they didnt. So if your apartment is facing folsom prepare to be awake by 8 am EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. The amenities shown here are a lie there is no pool and no spa (which is why there are no pictures). Finally, I don't think utilities are included and I was actually told they were about $80 a month and I pay roughly $150 (because of a larger apartment) excluding wi-fi, cable and electricity. Location is great if you work in the financial district.
While my apartment is nice. It is very pricey and management is horrible. So it is very discouraging to be paying a lot of mine and there is no care. And something is always broken.
