A / C still does not provide cold air, even after 4 requests. Technicians came to the apartment but did not solve the problem, nor did they leave any kind of response.

Water shut offs almost daily!!! Dirty and old , no matter if they add gray paint and new light switches! Managers make rules as they go and promise one thing and pull out with another! From a person that is not from town, I was left with a really bad impression.such a shame.

I am 97 and comfortable living here since opening as the Millenium however I am on a fixed income that hadn't changed in 25 years and find increases and excessive charges of trash etc. are hard to meet as far as the amenities being shut down these items are part of the rent and since usage is denied hopefully is taken into consideration when being charged for unusable amenities these are very difficult times for everyone

Apartment is nice if your on the top floor. The price is a bit extreme especially not having access to ANYTHING for month(s) going on a year is ridiculous. When I moved here for amenities, I understood the price to rent. Now its just absurd.

We need better security, to many hols around here . Trash is bad , fiie people who just dump trash in the trash room. Motiff needs some update. Maybe new painting and update the whole Building. Mottif has a lot of Potential. More lockers for packages . Even though I had a locker it can be full and my packages are left on the ground for people to steal. Other then that I love Mottif

I don't think you would like to share my comments about cockroaches and rent increases not too mention the frequency of the elevators not working and alarms going off in the middle of the night disturbing sleep not knowing if this real or not. I am elderly and do not use any of your amenities but in my years my husband and I owned rental property and one important fact this income you receive is whar puts bread and butter on your table and pays your bills and needs to be respected

I love my individual apartment. However, the building could use a lot of improvement. Security and violations of guest parking are on top of the list. There is no security. The "patrol" is not visible and you always get a phone recording. The security gate does nothing to prevent people from getting into the building.

Motif is a great place to live! Weve been here for a few months so far and have had a good experience. The apartments are in a great location, look very modern, and maintenance team is quick to respond. Unfortunately the amenities are all closed right now or have limited capacity due to COVID-19, but thats the only downside.

We have lived in Motif since it opened 5.5 years ago and have been very happy here. Avenue 5 has really turned things around over this past couple of years with making it an even better place to live and they also made our transition from a 3-bedroom to a 2-bedroom really easy. We have really enjoyed our living experience at the Motif so far. The location is great! This year has been difficult because of Covid-19, and many of the amenities (such as the gym, the community lounge, and the business center), remain closed for our safety. But we moved here before the pandemic, because the community is beautiful, and the management and our neighbors are quite friendly. We don't anticipate leaving anytime soon!

Simply the worst management company I've worked with. This company has dropped the ball on repairs, billing and customer service. In the latest of monthly problems this company is billing me twice for rent. Having called the complex several times, not only do they not answer but their mailbox is full (signs of a disastrous company) I have yet to receive a response. I called the emergency service number and there is no response from that number as well. This company is a joke. With so many options in the area rent somewhere else. I am regretting signing this 12 month lease monthly.

My fiancé and I signed a lease , payed our dues, Provided any documentation that was needed,got approved, and had a move-in date for August 20, 2018. We did get a call saying that the current tenant does not want to leave, and they said we don't know what to do. I talked to Kristine, operations manager, she has the most unprofessional attitude ever , extremely rude on every level . She said " it happens", and that they have a different unit which is more expensive , facing the construction. Afterwards, she abruptly asked where do you want me to send your check , without asking us what we want to do.Overall this is the most horrible management I have ever encountered in my life! Stay away,save yourselves, horrible building, and horrible management on multiple levels. I am still waiting for regional director to give me a call in regards to this matter. They don't even deserve the one star I am giving them. Out of all the staff we encountered. the only normal person there is Sergio. Save yourself Sergio get out of that horrible place!

I wish I could give the management of this property 0. I never seen something like this. We payed them 250 deposit and we had a great credit to get one of the units. Unfortunatly we had to withdraw our application since a 3 business day credit and background check for them took 3 weeks and not only that every time we had to call them to see why they don't get back to us and explain why it's taking so long, they were not answering their phone. So we had to go there to see what is happening for our application and we did this trip more that 8 times. That was so far for us we just had newborn baby. Any way we kind of understood that they don't want us for some reason other then our credit or maybe the way that we look!!! To cut the story short they told us they will give us our deposit back in 10 days and now it's 2 months we still don't have our deposit. The funny thing is that they still do that hide and seek that they were doing before. Stay away from this management.

Though the units are nice and new, and the grounds are pretty, that is about it.... I have lived here since January 2016 and will be moving out when my lease is up next January. 1. Rents are not cheap in the building to have an ice cold pool. When asked if the pool was heated (which is says on their website it is) they said they have solar heating and it is too expensive for them to heat it with the heater so that is why it is cold. I would like management to go swimming in it and see what they think. 2. The company has fired MANY people in the offices and management, so you are always speaking with someone new. 3. Took over 4 months for the management to hook up the smart home system that costs and extra $100 a month and with not reimburse you for months that was not active. 4. Guest parking does not exist. There are about 25 guest spots, however many people just park on the 1st floor because of the time it take to drive up 4 or 5 floors to get to your spot, so guest parking is not monitored with passes. If you have guests, the are out of luck. 5. Advertised on the website and brochures is a "dog washing station." I have yet to see this dog washing station, but I do see a hose in the dog park. Is that what you meant, instead? Hose in dog park? 6. Our apartment flooded with water when it rained because there was no weather stripping on the door out to the patio, took over 6 weeks after we made 4 maintenance requests include one the day it flooded and one the next... So do not count on things getting fixed! 7. Hallways are not clean, very dirty, never vacuumed. Scuffs all over them. So it is not fun to get to your apartment.

Millenium in woodland hills is an amazing newly constructed apartment building. This build has state of the art amenities such as gym, pool, dog park etc... They are still renting out more units so you can come tour it for yourself.

The Millennium in woodlands hills is new, grand and like family. Not only are the apts great but every month management host either a catered lunch or dinner for every resident and they procure great prizes for everyone too like free starbucks gift cards or gift cards for free food at a local steak house. There is also concierge services and free laundry pick-up/delivery. Oh and did I mention that they are at least 10% less expensive then all the other rental communities around. All this plus they throw away your trash, just leave it outside your door at night and in the morning it is gone. The Millennium is a walkers paradise. 3 block to a luxury mall with Neiman Marcus and Nordstroms; pretty cool. Costco to soon follow in a few months. I am lucky.

This place is good has a 2 pools and a 24 hours gym.The is still under construction still needs alot of work.

The Millennium is the Newest Luxury Building in Warner Center. It's an Excellent building and stands out from the rest. High tech features, Valet Trash and high end upgrades. Just a few minutes to the ever expanding Topanga Mall, Several high dinning spots, the gym, grocery and Freeway. The kitchens are a total win featuring granite countertops, neutral tone backsplash paired with stainless steel appliances and dark cabinets with pendent lighting make that space look modern and warm. Outdoor areas are amazing from the 2 pools with cabanas and lounge areas. To the dog run with dog wash and the veggie garden. They offer a bit of everything here then some. The Millennium is on a Level far above the rest!

I moved into this apartment in April 2015. Apartment is beautiful. Rent is steep but I for the area it's worth it! I would be forever grateful to win!
