Property Ratings at Motorworks
I have absolutely loved living at this apartment. So much that when my lease for my 2bd ended I asked to move into a new 1bd unit. Lillie is always extremely accommodating and a phone call away- no matter the time or day. The facility is typically pretty clean and I never had any issues with bugs or noise. All my neighbors have been super friendly. Having the gated parking is a huge plus. It is in such a good location and a great area to walk if you have pets. Overall I recommend the 1904 Group for anyone looking for reliable management, clean spaces, and friendly neighbors.
