Don't believe the amenities.. They removed all the dishwashers out of units. No washer and dryer connections nor is there a garbage disposal. The outside of the buildings need renovating. False advertising.. Go see for yourself.. Don't believe the pictures.
In My apartment the cabinets are falling down it gets lower and lower everyday. When you take a shower the water drips into the kitchen. And no one has came to check it out and our toilet been down for a month. And the cops are over here everyday. Only move over here if you absolutely have to but the price isn’t worth it. You are better off somewhere else.
This place is horrible, it's completely infested with rats. I use to live there, it was so bad when we moved out we left all of our belongings. They were also on the news for the overflow of trash that were causing the rats... my kids and I have been traumatized every since.
I had a great experience over in your property I love the area I love the three bedroom very large space I love that I like the two nice patio deck on the back overall the leasing people are very nice very helpful and caring thank y'all so much I give y'all 5 stars and the property
These apartments has been sold so many times since I have been here. My entire building has mice and roaches. The grounds are not kept clean at all.
ALL THE BAD REVIEWS AND COMMENTS ABOUT THIS PROPERTY ARE ACCURATE. THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER WHITNEY HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS! THE PLUMBING DOESNT WORK, THE A/C DO NOT WORK, THE PROPERTY ITSELF IS NASTY AND THERE ARE QUITE A FEW ABANDONED BUILDS THAT ALLOWS TEENAGERS AND HOMELESS PEOPLE TO DWELL IN THEM. THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE AN GATED COMMUNITY, BUT OF COURSE THE GATE DOESN'T WORK. SO OTHERS IN THE AREA, THAT DO NOT RESIDE , IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, ARE ABLE TO WALK THROUGH HERE ANYTIME THEY LIKE AND IT MAKES THE RESIDENTS FEEL UNSAFE. I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH YOU MIGHT NEED A PLACE TO STAY, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS RUN DOWN OLD APARTMENTS. CODE ENFORCEMENT SHOULD JUST CONDEMN THAT PROPERTY. DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU ARE NOT SAFE! YOU WILL GET ROACHES, BED BUGS AND RATS! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!
My earlier review was deleted but it was all factual. It's a horrible place to live, there are gangs, drugs, bad kids who spray paint doors not to mention rodent infested. If my previous post was deleted based on facts, I ask what does that tell you? Don't rent from here!

This is a horrible property the plumbing is awful you will be flooded out the property manage and corporate office works together to get over on tenant the rent office boyfriend is weed man if u want that...bottom line the are sooo fraud
