The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mount Pleasant Village
I’ve been living at Mt. Pleasant Village for several years and want to say what a pleasant experience it’s been. The apartments are clean. The property is beautiful and safe. Whenever I’ve needed anything, Louis and Julio have been good supers.
I have lived here for 5 years and I’m leaving ASAP. The complex has gone down hill fast. The office management is terrible they refuse to help you in regard for parking and about packages being stolen. I had Amazon and food packages stolen in the mailroom. I called the office to complain about it and they said yes we are aware packages are being stolen just make a police report. I said that doesn’t really help are you going to install cameras since this has been happening for a while. They said no we aren’t that’s too much for us. I was told in my lease pets were not allowed but other residents have dogs peeing in the hallway and not picking up after the mess in the grass. The electric panel in my apartment was very old and no one checked it before I moved into the apartment. One day it’s sparked and I lost power for over a week. It took a while for the maintenance to come because no one picks up their phone and it’s always a new person. The apartment could’ve went up in flames due to their negligence. They allow anyone and everyone to come to this complex that there is music blasting every night and every day that vibrates the floor and they bang on their walls. I was even threatened at my doorstep for no reason. For the new residents choose wisely. Send your packages somewhere else and these people only care about getting your money.
As the title implies. Bugs are a common issue, pest control rarely comes by. Most of the doors in my apartment are falling off and withering, the cabinets quite literally have rust holes in them, and the Management is awful, putting it politely. They are very rude, unhelpful, and have no problems letting you suffer as long as the rent checks keep coming in.
I live here and my apartment is falling apart. All I hear from rental apartment and super is that they will fix things and it doesn’t get done. I have water damage in my apartment and they just want to paint over it. Who paints over water damage with out fixing issues. My bathroom tiles had cracks and tiles falling off wall. My closet wall started cracking and falling down. Damaging my belongings and no manager to talk too. All I hear is send a letter to the manager through the rental office. But they don’t have problems taking rent just fixing stuff. I’m in hell in this apartment and no manager to talk too. Maybe they will call me after reading this
I lived here for about 2yrs back from 2016. I actually wish I just stayed a little longer because the space was perfect. Office attended to repairs in a timely fashion as well. I have a lower level appointment facing my pleasant and the morning light was amazing sometimes. Great way to wake up.
As a new tenant, this is a Great place to live quiet, clean and the staff is so helpful and Pleasant. I plan on living here for while .
I just moved here two weeks ago & it has been such a great experience so far. The staff are great & they help out right away. Overall this was a great decision.
I have been living in the Mount Pleasant Village Apartments for 3 years now, I love it here. I live in the "studio" which is really a small one bedroom. The apartments have beautiful hard wood flooring, two full closest's in the bedroom and a large pantry. The rent is very reasonable and has not gone up since I have lived here. The apartments are clean and quiet.
The apt. was beautiful, I loved everything about it. Lots of sun light, closet space and parking. Property is very well kept and clean.
I give a thumbs up for this apartment complex. Great location, great staff and the neighborhood is spectacular
