Affordable room in townhouse

I rent a townhouse with 3 other people. It is a remarkable deal at $425/per room with split utilities. Short walk to major universities in the area, but far enough to catch a good deal. Free street parking! Large rooms, with entire 3rd floor one room rented at $575. Large living/dining area, ample kitchen, back yard, front porch, and 1.5 baths. Friendly and down to earth (former student and now startup entrepreneur) landlord who hangs out on occasion and is down to go out drinking.
