I have been very pleased with my living experience in this building. The overall atmosphere is characterized by quietude and cleanliness, and I've found the other residents to be respectful. The trash valet service is a significant convenience. Furthermore, the organized resident gatherings provide an excellent platform for socializing and building community, which is particularly valuable for newcomers to the area.
I’m here 7 years & been very happy..I enjoy all the amenities especially the pool & the use of the club room when they have different get togethers….i do wish when something is not fix for a long time ( the front lobby door & the garage gate coming into the building.
new home is amazing! little things that need to be addressed / fixed but overall a good place to live . would recommend for people to live .
Overall okay experience. It does get really loud especially on weekend nights in surrounding units and I can also smell cigarette smoke. Garage gate and call box has been broken for months which is a bit frustrating. Generally a safe building with good security measures. Maintenance is excellent. They always respond to requests and complete the job right away.
Quiet apartment, maintenance and leasing office is very responsive and overall my resident experience was pretty good. The elevator could however use some improvement. It was out of order for quite a while (3 months) but otherwise it was good
Moving in was so easy. We were shown the easiest spot to park to take our things up. The area seems so friendly and safe. The apartment buildings are are locked so only residents can get in.
It’s been a pleasure living here, I just renewed my lease for my second year at Mountain View. It’s been a wonderful experience and there’s so many different amenities that they offer!
I honestly and truly love Mountain View Crossing. The amenities are awesome! I love how the community has free events. They even had a “doggie swim” day at the end of the summer.
This community is amazing to live at. Most of the staff is nice and very helpful. Package room is also good to have I also know my packages are safe
I recently moved into Mountain View Crossings and couldn’t be happier with my decision! The community is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. My apartment is spacious, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The location is convenient, close to shopping, dining, and easy commuting options. I’m incredibly impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful amenities that delight living here. I highly recommend it!

Great experience we enjoyed very much. We like the like and environment here. Also use club house Gym quite often. The location is very conveniently near by shopping center.
The apartments and facilities are fantastic. You are close to a lot by the apartment, only downside is it's on the highway and a one way street to get in. Downfalls are it takes a while for some common area issues to get fixed. The lift gate to the garage has been broken for over a month. One elevator was our for months. The management team can be nice, but honestly sometimes just not responsive.
Great time here in the apartments only issue is sometimes your neighbors are very inconsiderate with their dogs and they bark all day and night with no regards or thoughts or crate training. Multiple neighbors not just 1.

I am really enjoying it here there are sometimes where I needed some things fixed and they came to fix it but it is still not working but other than that I love it
Moved in here July 2024. So far it's been Great. Very friendly neighbors, very respectful. The Staff is great and very accommodating and the maintenance guys are also very accommodating and eager to help.
The community and amenities are very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The gym is accessible and clean. I love the fireplace and the apartment is very quiet.
Great complex. Maintenance is super timely with anything you need. The only thing that could be bothersome is it seems like something is always broken. Either an elevator, the call box to buzz in, the gate to get into the garage. Otherwise lovely community. Super pet friendly.

Mountain view has been great, they offer so many different fun activities and good trucks. The apartments are gorgeous and up to date, and are very spacious.
Management is easy to reach and submitting service requests is simple. I appreciate how quick they are to respond! There’s just minor details about our apartment that could’ve used a little more care or revamping before we moved in but nothing that gets in the way of its intended use.
Mountain View Crossing is an excellent place to live! The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The community amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are fantastic, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Parking spaces can be a bit tight, and units near the highway may experience some noise, but these are minor drawbacks compared to the overall quality. Highly recommend this vibrant and comfortable community!
I love this place, it has most of the things you need at the complex. The management if obviously trying their best, everyone can see how hard they work towards making this place better. On the down side, there are no shops around in a walking distance if you'd suddenly want to munch and don't want to drive anywhere, and it's a bit costly. I am constantly reminding myself that they will probably make the rent higher next year and no matter how comfortable it is in the complex, this will feel like I am paying too much and will have to move out.
Living at MVC is great. People in the office are helpful, and the maintenance guys are great. Apartments are nice, well maintained and the location of my apartment is secluded facing the woods. Love having a fireplace in the winter. Garbage pick up is very nice too! Just wish the package room was handled better.

Overall the complex is a nice place to live. However, packages that get delivered here are always getting lost and their mail room system is a disaster. The elevators are also always breaking down. There are many improvements that can be made and for how expensive it is living here you would expect better management.

This is the best place. The office team is very professional. The maintenance staff are very knowledgeable. All areas in the complex are clean.

Very well maintained. Office personnel always very friendly and accommodating The underground parking is awesome I wish the upstairs gym was bigger. Nice having an ATM machine on premises. Now I see a food market is coming.
My fireplace hasn't been safe to operate for multiple years at this point. They do not enforce parking rules so its a free for all with people parking in multiple spots and hogging all the spots closer to the elevator. There are multiple large dogs in the complex that aren't supposed to be allowed, this also isn't supposed to be allowed. They installed an ATM but really who cares, fix my fireplace or enforce parking rules.
MVC has been excellent - whether it's needing maintenance done, answering questions, or taking care of an issue, they are always on the job. I really enjoy my neighbors and the amenities offered here.
For the most part we love living here. There's a great sense of community, we love the friends we've made, the place is getting much needed improvements since the new owners took over. Our only problem is we won't be able to afford living here much longer due to the high rent increases and added fees. We've been here 6 years now and don't think we'll be able to to stay after the new lease we just signed. It feels like the new owners want to force out loyal tenants and create more turnover in order to collect more money.
I absolutely love living here! It’s so convenient to everything. The staff here is amazing! The pool is my favorite amenity here. I also love the grilling area. Highly recommend MVC!
MVC has changed in the last couple of years - the increased fee with no enhancements. Love the indoor garage but not new parking fee and the internet fee. Limited access to public transportation. The pool and community events/ activities are great.
Been living here for almost 7 years……met some wonderful friends…..enjoy the amenities….especially the pool….like when the management hosts get togethers in the club room…..the maintenance staff are wonderful, always responds quickly….the grounds are kept up nicely.

Safe community, nice amenities. I have the loudest neighbor I’ve ever had in 16 years of renting apartments, so that’s a big downside. Maintenance is excellent and very responsive.
Resort living in the suburbs, close to shopping, transportation and NYC. Covered parking, security building, beautiful pool, ponds and wetlands on the grounds. We enjoy vaulted ceilings, lots of light and our fireplace.
Upper Management is very unfair as far as dealing with cost Issues encored by water evasions in my unit. My unit has had (5) water evasions in the ten years I have lived here. Three of them were very serious with large losses of my personal property.! Insurance only reimbursed depreciated value. I was also informed by town officials that the sprinkler system was not properly serviced correctly at the time of the occurrences. I was not even reimbursed for extra electricity used during clean up. All I received was a rent increase and an increase in my amenity's fees. Also new charges were added after 10 years renting such as parking fees and waste removal. Also, I was told by new neighbors that their rent was raised 40% after one year. Sadly, they had to move. Personally, I'm fed up.! On a positive note, most service and office personal are Great people. They are always willing to help. They do have a heart. I hope management gets one soon and learns to treat its tenant's fair.
There have been many events over the course of the summer and it's such a nice experience. Maintenance folks are excellent and accomodating. In office staff is very helpful and friendly.
Absolutely disappointed in the management here. Our elevator has been down for over 3 months making it such a big inconvenience. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
