It has been wonderful living here at Mountain View San Dimas! I love my apartment. It is very close to a grocery store nail salon and pizza place. I like that I don’t have to travel far to get my necessities. The office personal are always super friendly and helpful with all my needs. Ester always answers my calls and gets back to me in a timely manner. I can always count on them.

I have been living at Mountain View apartments for about three years. My favorite part about here is the office people especially Ester. She is courteous and kind and tells me how it is. I appreciate the transparency. We just signed on and renewed for another year.

I love my apartment at Mountain View. It’s spacious I have a nice patio and I like that I don’t have to fix things when they break. I just let the office know and they take care of it right away. The people are nice and helpful.

Facilities are over priced and outdated. The complex is crawling with rodents and roaches, especially by the pool. The new managers are the worst apartment management team I’ve ever worked with. They have never been able to give me direct answers about my questions regarding my apartment and lease. They’re also the type of people who will smile at you and then send cold litigious emails that make you feel like a walking money order instead of a person, I’m disappointed in this experience, have already heard false apologies from this team, and I urge you to consider a different property.

I love it here. I don't have to cook on Tuesdays or Thursdays because they bring food trucks which is very convenient. Alex is always friendly and greats with a smile. This place truly feels like home

After only living here for a little over a month, we have completely fallen in love with this place! The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, yet cozy. Massive closets in the master room AND the other room. I would consider both of them to be walk in. We've placed a work order for a closet light being out and a cabinet that came off the hinge. A workman came the next day and fixed the issues, very prompt and kind! The community is wonderful! Everyone living here greets you with a smile when passing by and staff is also very kind. They are also pet friendly, which is a major plus! No weight limit on dogs! The pool is nice to lounge at and read, the laundry facility has plenty of washers/dryers, and parking is a breeze. We have two car with one assigned spot, but there are always open unreserved spots. It's across from Fresh and Easy grocery store which is AWESOME! A police station is also located near by as well. Great apartment, great location, great price!
Great location! Within walking distance to groceries, many local businesses, banks and the post office. Apartment staff is always friendly and maintenance requests are prompt and professional.
