They are lying
Nothing included no gym no free wifi laundry fitness room all lies! Electrical issues, plumbing issues, a total disaster!!!. Not a gated or guarded building! No experienced maintenance people or qualified office personnel! A total wreck of community! No proper exhaust system Sewage cooking odors throughout building back patio grill order permeates building when used, excessive noise!

I would not rent a apartment here
There are bed bugs, old mattresses, refrigerators etc. out back. The security lock on front door hasn't been working for months. And all the manager Gwen is worried about is towing cars from the unlit parking lot. This place is a joke!!!!
