Complex is quiet. Friendly tenants. My dog loves the dog park included in the complex. In-unit washer and dryer is very helpful! Wish there were more amenities within the complex.

Well, I have no problem I enjoy my Apartment because I made it feel like home !! Also I feel they should be some upgrade but that my opinion.. the property is always clean, and my neighbors are ok !

Amanda was very helpful with the whole application and move in process. However, my mailbox was overfilling with mail from the previous tenant, my hot water was not turned on, and my dryer did not work.

Mount Arlington Garden Apartments are a good place to live. Almost everything is good here. This place is pretty much a quiet neighborhood. I love to live here.

We are living here almost two years. It has been a great experience. The time is passing really fast, I can not believe this is our second year.!

I feel very pleased to live in this development, the neighbors are very nice and respectful, they are friendly, everything is always very quiet, you don't hear any extravagant noises, everything is always very clean. The administration staff is always attentive to details, especially Lisett.

This has been the nicest and community we have found. Everyone has been so welcoming since I moved in. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Love how large the apartment is. The closet space is amazing! Having a washer and dryer is the apartment is another plus. The assigned parking is right outside your door

Friendly staff, great service, excellent location. A pool or tennis courts would be great. We like the dog park. Unfortunately, the grounds are in poor condition.

Almost a year being here and I must say this community is overall great. Staff if friendly and responsive, community is always clean, pet friendly, spacious apartments. Not many amenities.

My experience living here has been good. I can believe it has been one year already. I can not complain, everything is good. I wish the apartments have a little pool or a Gym, or basket hoop, other than that, it has been very good. Thank you

neighbors are horrible they will call the cops for music, disagreements or even just because. the leasing office ladies are great as well as the maintenance guys.

Amanda has been great throughout this entire process. She stayed in communication from beginning to end. The community is nice and quiet with lots of furry friends to meet.

My experience i Mount Arlington Gardens has been very pleasant and nice. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is nice. My kids love it!. The only thing is the amenities. I wish it can have more and good ones.

Maintenance is easily accessible and timely. Amenities are basically non existent. Apartments inside and outside are dated. Over priced for what you are getting.

I Love it here ! All staff are friendly & warming. Complex is always kept nice, clean, & maintained. & Super pet friendly if you have a fur baby.

Going to be 4 years living here and really the only complaint I have is that 2nd floor apartments should have carpet, not area rugs but carpet with padding. Previous upstairs tenants had carpet and we didn’t hear a thing…now we hear EVERYTHING including the 90 pound dog.

excellent urbanization, quiet, green areas perfect for walking, fresh air, the apartment comes with all the comforts I recommend it 100%, the administrative staff is very polite and helps us with all our needs.

It's been a wonderful experience here and I like to walk around on nice days. My son loves the park right down the street, so that is convenient.

Perfect location. Quiet community. Attentive maintenance staff. We enjoy the fire pit and BBQ. The grounds need a lot of work as do the back patios.

Since I moved here, I have been pleased to connect with neighbors and friends. There have been several incidents when folks from my building have gone out of their way to help me, by offering to carry groceries; by cleaning off my car after the first snowfall, and just by making an effort to stop and speak, or to wave when they go by. This is a very friendly apartment complex, and I'm happy to be here!

I’ve been here for three months and I like it here. Mt Arlington Gardens staff attentive to your problems but not as responsive as I’d like. There are a few updates that can be improved at this location but overall it is a good place to stay. Safe, clean, and everyone here is friendly. Also love how pet friendly this complex is.

I like it here. My first year was a bit rocky due to a centipede infestation that took some time to get cleared up. Many thanks to the excellent maintenance and pest control team! The apartment is lovely and has a great, sensible layout. Grounds are well maintained. People are friendly, pets are welcome, and the area is beautiful.

Friendly neighborhood, well maintained, staff always upbeat, like that pets are allowed, amenities such as dog park, bike rentals, love wood floors and , separate entrances, back porches, washer/dryers in apartments, gas stove.

We just moved in September and so far we are enjoying being apart of Mt Arlington Gardens! The community is safe, clean and everyone is very friendly!

It has been 4 months of good experience since we moved here. We like it. My kids like it. It is a quit neighborhood. The only part that should be better is the amenities,we should have more options.

I have been here three years going on four… that speaks enough! The staff is very kind and caring. The neighborhood is very welcoming and friendly as well! The maintenance man is THE BEST and knows EVERYTHING and will do anything he can to help fix your issues!

I love the place. The place is Super spacious and it is a great community. The staff is very delightful & makes sure all Residents are satisfied.

Our experience so far has been great. Staff is friendly and available whenever you have questions and they host community events which creates a fun way to enjoy time with family and connect with the community.

Very convenient for me to commute back and forth to work. Community is very quiet close to the lake. The experience living here has been pleasant. But the apartment really need an make over the rent to are paying for and NO amenities.

I have lived here for many wonderful years and will be sorry to go. The people and friends will be missed. It is a great place to raise a family or just live and make new friends.

Communication isn’t what I’d like it to be. I can call 10x, leave voicemails, send emails and still not get a reply. I should have listened to the woman who told me not to live here.

This is a nice place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lawn and maintenance is always kept up. They do a great job with snow removal as well. The other residents are pretty friendly too.

I love everyone that I have met. Everyone is so welcoming. I love meeting people and their dogs it has been great. I have enjoyed everyone and their smiles or waving as I walk or drive by.

The staff here at Mount Arlington Apartments is top notch in my opinion. I have lived here for 7 years and all my questions and requests are handled in a courteous, professional and prompt manner. I'm legally blind and have made some requests to aid me in my daily living. Whenever possible the staff has tried to accommodate me where they could. On the very rare occasion where they couldn't meet my request they explained to me why they were unable to, once again in a professional manner, and I could understand their reasoning and no hard feelings were had on my part. The staff is most willing to assist in anyway they possibly can. The location is beautiful with plenty of areas for shade in the summer which is a big plus for me. I love to relax on the big spacious deck which luckily for me is in the shade in the afternoon. As far as apartment living goes there's really not much to complain about living here.

I love it here because the community is quiet the staff is excellent I like the dog park and the grills in the fireplaces the commute not too bad

Rent is EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. No amenities. No central A/C, just one underpowered A/C unit in the living room. Walls are VERY thin so you will hear you neighbors when they move about their apartment, especially if you're on the bottom floor. It's horrific. Walls have poorly painted over holes in them, fixtures are dingy and disgusting. Cheap basic looking trash.

Like most things in life there are good and bad points to everything. Overall, it's not a bad place to live. Requests seem to be a little slow in receiving action and it appears sometimes hands are tied because of "corporate". Frustrating . . . But not a bad place to live.

I love it here!! Very quiet community and maintenance is amazingly quick. I am very happy here so far and the move in process was quick as easy as a first time renter. Apartments are spacious and parking is close to the apartments. Your needs are cared about here (unless you're unreasonable) LOL

The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The complex is quiet and fun to explore. Close to town and parks so there’s always something to do.

This is a wonderful place to make your home. I have lived here for over 30 years and it just gets better and better. The staff will help in any way possible. The maintenance team are very reliable.
