Property Ratings at Mullan Reserve Apartments
My partner and I appreciate the comfort of Mullan Reserve and the layout of the apartment itself. Plus, the application process made it easier to make Missoula our home.
Beautiful environment to live in, friendly and helpful staff.
The apartment itself is very lovely, and looks very clean for some of the units. The second unit I moved into has terrible carpeting. Parking is lousy. If you live on the first or second floor you can hear everything your neighbor above you is doing.
I have lived here for the past four, almost five, years and the maintenance crew has always been great. They are very timely, polite, and professional. Anytime I have an issue (which is not often), these guys are on it at least by the next day, if not sooner. I’ve never had to wait for any service to pend that wasn’t reasonable. This recent past job require professionals from out of state, I expressed my concerned since I was not home at the time of the fix and I didn’t know these workers. They stayed to watch to reassure me, and kept in touch during the whole process so I would be notified. I greatly appreciate what they do for this appartement complex, and a big part of why I stay where I am. Thank you!
I have lived in two different apartments at Mullan and had a wonderful experience with both. The apartments are beautiful and the management and maintenance teams are so nice to work with!
I have lived here many years and it has always been a top notch place to live
I am lucky to have been apart of this community so long, they are so good to me and my family. Incredible staff, always incredible maintenance, zero complaints, thank you!
We love our apartment, it is very well insulated, keeps all the heat in during the winter and keeps the cool in the summer. We will miss the apartment but not the third floor lol.
Great appearance and amenities. Staff is friendly quick to respond and helpful. Overall satisfying to be apart of this community.
Over all things here are pretty good…I would like to see the office walk around and inspect things on a weekly basis.
I have been living at Mullan Reserve for 1year and 8 months. I am always impressed with how quiet it is here, the professionalism of the employees, and with the comfort apartments. Thank you to Mullan Reserve.
Good clean apartments. Good size. Awesome amenities. It is a bit on the high side but worth it.
Mullan Reserve is an apartment complex with very good accommodations. We had a unit on the second floor facing north with lovely views I often photographed nature from. It has nearby shopping for nearly everything you need from groceries, fuel, car wash, plus many high quality Big Box stores like Costco and Home Depot. The staff is helpful, reliable and timely. The neighborhood is lovely with many fine quality single family homes and friendly people. Some online people have complained about the noise coming from airliners. Yes, the airport is not far away and it is on the approach for landing and takeoffs. The interesting thing is the noise is very short lived, usually between 15 to 25 seconds. Because of Reserve Street, there are many easily accessed trails for hiking and exploring in the National Forest. We had the unit while we were building our home in Missoula. The staff made it easy for us to move in and were flexible with our schedule in moving out, what with all the uncertainties of Covid 19's impact on construction. We deeply appreciated their kind understanding of our needs.
We moved in yesterday and couldnt be happier with the whole experience. Carla at the front did amazing getting us settled in and everything is so clean and beautiful. We really look forward to our new life as a part of this community .
Feels like a village. Front patios provide more privacy than youd ever expect at a complex this size. Mullan-Reserve is a gorgeous campus just absolutely stacked with extra amenities and little touches that make it a cut above the rest here in Missoula.
Great managers, great maintenance, great experience all around.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The grounds are beautiful, in winter the streets and sidewalks are cleaned quickly and the staff and maintenance people are great.
Really comfortable place to live, with great amenities and staff!
Im pretty happy with quick response of request maintenance and work done properly. I dont have any problems with office and management. But neighbors are horrible. This is first time Im speaking out.
I'm pleasantly surprised and beyond content with living here. Very quiet and comfortable living.
I have only lived at Mullen Reserve for 2 months, but I love it here. It is quiet, with nice surroundings. I do not hear my neighbors, whom I have met and they are all very nice and thoughtful. Thank you to the staff for making this a home for me.
So far we are completely satisfied and happy with our decision to move here! The staff has been friendly and approachable. Apartments are clean, quiet, spacious plus have high ceilings and good working fixtures. The green space, landscaping and sidewalks are peaceful.
The best service crew! The response is pretty quick and service is spotless.
Mullan Reserve is tucked in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I have enjoyed the beautiful grounds and quality care of the community and complex. The staff is available to provide excellent services. Strongly recommend Mullan Reserve.
We have lived here a couple of years and don't plan to move. The complex is near everything we normally need. The property is pretty with a wonderful green space. Not only are our dogs allowed, they are welcomed.
Mullan Reserve is hands down my favorite apartment place I have ever lived. Extremely clean and well kept. All of the staff including maintenance are so nice and answer any questions at all.
Pete, the maintenance guy, at Mullan Reserve is absolutely awesome. He is professional and quick. I never have an issue. Great maintenance team!
They have a fast response and took care of the problem.
The office and maintenance staff are friendly and make this place a great place to live.
The maintenance team is prompt and thorough!
I love this community and how clean it is. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
Scenic, cozy apartments close to natural areas with a lovely view of the Montana mountains.
Great community but not affordable
Very nice and clean living community. Pet friendly and got a nice common area for socializing and recreation. Neighbors are nice, friendly and also promote clean living.
This is a beautiful and diverse community with a helpful and supportive managing staff. The grounds are clean and communal, pets are friendly and taken care of. The apartments are sanitary and updated. There are size limits in the kitchen and frequent dog barking, but management is quick to respond to maintenance issues and problematic situations. Many report being charged for full carpet replacement at move-out. Unless you don't touch the carpet, unfortunately one needs to expect to pay for it when leaving. It would be good for them to repair carpet and list a used apartment than replace it and list a new apartment, or offer new carpet if a new resident would prefer that. Parking is sometimes crowded depending on if other neighbors have guests, it's nice to have the option of reserved covered spaces or garages, not terribly expensive. One should be included for every resident, since often it's hard to park close to the apartment. Big cars also crowd the space and it can be hard to access or park vehicles like 4x4 next to another, or a badly parked vehicle next to the only space available. Usually there is a spot somewhere farther away (sometimes very far) but usually the next day or two the "usual" close space will be free to use. Lots of kids run around and play loudly, toys are left out all over the place but recently Mullan Reserve stepped up and had them put away nicely. Many other dogs bark at my dog when we walk together on property, but the nice ones become friends and we have new hiking friends thanks to this lovely community. I greatly enjoy living on the outskirts of Missoula and having a great view of the mountains from my windows. I think that's an important amenity when living in northwestern Montana.
Always clean and tidy and staff very friendly.
Fantastic community living. Very clean and well maintained. Management is super responsive.
They are money hungry apartments and I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here after the price hikes.
Never had an issue here in almost 4 years - always happy with all of the amazing wonderful staff.
The apartments are laid out in a well thought out easy to live in floor plan. Lots of storage and great closet space. The balconies are large and make for a great outdoor space. The personal pea patches are a great way to grow some veggies and flowers. I love the management staff. The maintenance crew could not be nicer or more responsive to any of my requests. I have lived here for 5 fabulous years, and have no desire to move anywhere else in Missoula.
We moved in about a month ago. The apartment and area has been amazing and very clean. We feel very safe here and welcomed. We are from out of state and dont regret our decision at all with our apartment.
Awesome place to live. Beautiful location, view, and units.
Excellent staff. Good atmosphere with some of the neighbors. Excellent location for getting into town.
Nice place to live, good amenities, nice people, convenient location.
Mullan Reserve is a great community to live in. We have chosen to live here on two separate occasions now. The apartments are well built, and spacious in terms of apartment living. Office staff and maintenance staff are always easy to work with, friendly, prompt and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. Parking sucks sometimes, but that's an issue with any apartment complex.
This is a great community for pets and children.
I am very happy with the Mullan Reserve community. The staff is friendly and maintenance responds quickly to residents concerns. The apartments are very nice and the grounds are well taken care of.
I really enjoy living at Mullan. There may be a few issues with smell from the waste treatment plant and some concerns I have regarding soundproofing, but I enjoy the location and amenities enough to be happy with the price.
I would recommend this place if they would improve the sound barrier between the floors of the apartments.
A great setting for any size family, with useful and fun amenities, large courtyard and newer finishes. I would recommend this property over any other complex in Missoula. You won't find a better management and maintenance team! - Chris A
