Property Ratings at Munn Heritage
Communication with building management is poor and unprofessional.
The apartments are spacious and affordable. Communication is something that staff lacks. Management hardly replies to emails and seem to rush you off the phone when you call. They also are unenthusiastic and rude. It wouldn't hurt to show some hospitality towards tenants. If staff were more presentable and respectful I'd give it 5 stars.
My fiance and I submitted an application the week their 1 bedroom was put on Apartments.com in addition to calling weekly to set up a walk through and secure it with an application and a deposit. When calling the number listed on the website we were given a different number and was told to direct our inquiries to them. We informed the lady that we live two hours away and are extremely interested because my fiance got a job in the area and we have to move closer. She understood how egar we were and told us to callback weelky for an update. Each week we called we were informed that it wasn't vacant yet however to call back the next week to inquire about a walk through. We finally secure a walk through for today and as my fiance gets on the road for the 2 hour drive, he calls to inform the staff member that he is running 10mins late and they say that they already rented out the apartment this morning! WHAT?!?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Not only did they NOT call my fiance to inform him that the apartment was already rented out, they stated that there were "other applicants" that put in their information before us and that the office just communicated to the staff that about that. ABSOLUTLEY RIDICLIOUS! We have been calling for the last THREE MONTHS about this apartment EVERY WEEK for it to be given to someone else because of the lack of communication.
no pets, great location, poor plumming, adequate security, great square footage ,old, old building.
