pool area is always a complete disaster, leaves all over the deck and in the pool, never.looks like it gets cleaned. The pool gate always seems to be locked on the weekend and good luck trying to reach security to get it opened. The grounds always look a mess even after the landscapers come. Residents have no access to the fitness center unless you can get there Monday-Friday 9-5. Rent can be raised whenever management decides and you get lass than a month's notice.

Owner raises rent half way through the year and tacks on a water bill. With the increase in rent and water bill it's now 100.00 more a month. NOT HONEST OWNERS!

I have been a resident since Oct/18, I live in a one bedroom, and I must say I Love my apt. It is a great space ! The neighborhood is clean quiet and family oriented ! I needed something fixed and after the call, within an hour, the man was here and found my problem. I'm close to everything ! I couldn't be happier with Murdock Circle ! The office staff are very helpful and friendly ! A GREAT place to live!
