Best Place To Live
This community is amazing and I dont have a bad thing to say. The leasing office is AMAZING to work with and are the nicest people. The maintenance team is so responsive and kind. The community is gorgeous and perfectly located right off of E470 and 10 minutes away from the Southlands area. I feel so secure and comfortable walking my dogs at night. I am so excited about the upcoming amenities and the park is perfect for my kids. I love BB Living at Murphy Creek and would recommend to all who would listen

Beautiful and Peaceful
It’s very peaceful over here and affordable for the space. The office staff is great, and prompt to answer questions. They always have a monthly calendar of resident events which adds to the charm of the community. Downfall is a lack of guest parking and no private amenities (ex: private pool/gym/grilling area) within the community itself) for residents. However, you’re conveniently located by shops and Southlands Mall. It will be nice when construction is complete, very soon we have been told, so that there is more grass areas for pets among the entire community.

Wonderful Community
I have lived here for the last 15 months and I love it. This really feels like and is a neighborhood. The homes are quiet. I never hear my neighbors through the walls like you do in the average apartment. The finishes are very nice and my bedroom is so spacious my friends are jealous. I really love my BB Living at Murphy Creek townhome!

Awesome staff and great community! My move in was so smooth and easy I’ve Been here for about a month and have had nothing but a great stay and I know with time it’ll get even better! I’ve had one maintenance request and the team got on it on the same day!

Beautiful community
I have lived here for a yr now, recently renewed my lease, this is a beautiful community, safe, quiet. The units are very specious and very updated! Not to mention the leasing office is always hosting fun events for all family. Super fun place to live at.
